The band is to thin, but otherwise it's okay I guess, but don't think that I'll another ring online

The item was the exact same as the pictures. The pictures was on point. As that were the pictures when we're taking.

The experience with super jewelers wasn't that great to find out the grade of jewelry you sell is not the best and you guys need to step it up ugh not people would not be happy paying for crappy jewelry

Pkg said it was delivered to my home on Jan 17th. I didn't receive it. Let sj know all they say is give it a few more days. Well isn't been a week and still haven't received it. Asked for a refund. They are investigating.Told them these where gifts refund please for I went to Zales and bought something there. I can't make these people understand that I didn't receive the items. BBB is my next step. Some of there is nice and others junk. Got stuck with a white and black diamond ring few yrs back. The ""black " diamonds faded. So not black diamonds. But back to my lost items. Refund Please
