I like the ring it's very pretty. All though by looking at the picture I thought it had a design on it. I guess it was just a shadow. Over all nice ring.

I order 3 gifts for Christmas and told the items would be shipped by Dec. 4th. I received an email on my order with this date. After not receiving my items I log into my account to see it's still processing. I contact them and find out the items are on back order and I won't receive them til January. I had to cancel my order and now have to wait up to 5 days to get my money refunded. Very unpleasant experience for my first order placed. I do not recommend.

Not easy to return. No return label provided even though the item in not as advertised.

1st ive recieved costume jewelry packaged nicer from WISH...GIFT BAG and item in cheap thin plastic... I signed up for account in oct. Spent 2 picking and playing order my finger hit the u not I for my name.b3 days later find out order canceled and to change password requires 30 day wait.and entire order vanishes... next day 3 hours later informed will be ok to reset next day,, then 7 days next 30 days.
So I pay fir not put on account.which had not ever been used...I had placed 3 orders over 3 days... never recieced info when 4500.00 value of jewelry was left in my mailbox... 2nd. The next order I placed.about 1 hour later,, somehow has same order #.
Today recieve email stating item in mailbox it was not. They sent email verifying it was delivered. With exact number as order #1. I paid for it but now cant find info., 1 rep went so far as to state that after demanding I send him a picture,, says 6 package 6 items whats problem... you can see nothing came close to diamond solitare.plus was ordered seperately... I have the email stating 1 seperate item was delivered to mailbox yesterday and it was not.now informed that i will have to wait till supervisor reviews...WILL NIT EVER USE AGAIN.as for packaging and delivery... ive had to sign for a New Coach bag under 400.00 but 4000.00 in jewelry gets tossed in mailbox... and they have the funds I spent but claim didn't order, then claim it was in same package. They give you gift bags. Taking to local jeweler to even see if real.
