Tracking info was faulty, I received it 2 days later. I wear size 4.5 so I would prefer a narrower band for myself.

Yeah a picture is worth a thousand words, and attached is what I was promised and what was advertised. Then the urine colored rocks are what I was actually sent on Valentines Day after I paid for expedited shipping. I even tried trade them for a cheap silver necklace to save my valentines day and the pawn shop laughed at me and stated they weren't putting that garbage in their case! They were supposed to be colorless f minimum and almost a half carat each, yet the largest one measured in at.23.
I returned them and am now being told they are too busy to deal with me. I really hope karma is a true thing because this is cut and dry dishonest business practice. I mean look at the pics? Everything i stated is proven by the photos. Would u shame yourself by giving these to your wife? I'm not a rich guy, I'm blue collar but i dont use welfare,work very hard for my money and thought this company would at least deliver what was advertised with all the great reviews, maybe if your wealthy and are worth their time they treat u bettter. I've bought three items at low cost cuz I thought they were good deals and every single time I've had a horrible experience. Perhaps they only treat less privileged people bad and assume we're too unintelligent to know we've been ripped off, I don't know, but that money small as it may seem is much harder for my family to lose than someone who can drop 10k like it's nothing. The few hundred may not cover dinner there in New York so I get why you dont really care about treating us small people fair but it's half a months groceries for my family here in Idaho. Thanks superjeweler for not only ruining our valentines day but now we are gonna struggle this month for nothing. I will update my review if anything positive happens but I honestly don't even believe u will answer my emails, after this last fiasco.
