I'm returning this not worth the money. Very cheap. Has a16" super fine chain that will break first time worn diamond is not correct size. Overall very disappointed thanks alot it WAS MY ONLY GIFT SO I GOT NOTHING!

Very impressed with the quality of this necklace. Beautiful clasp. I have arthritis and some clasps are too difficult to use. It's just the right length too.

I ordered during their "Black Friday" sale. Prices seemed too good to be true but I checked hundreds of reviews and the place seemed legit. I read the description on my items to be sure of what I was getting. One item was 1/4ct of "diamonds" in silver colored hoop earrings (not real silver) and the other one 1/4ct moissanite pendant with a "Real" silver chain. I read over and over, the descriptions never said zircon o any other colorless stone. They read diamonds and moissanite so I went through with the purchase. Today I got my pieces… first the earrings I got were the wrong ones. They were plastic covered in a silver layer of paint with ZERO stones of any kind. Where the stones would go there's also painted plastic circles. It was literally painted plastic. The necklace wasn't any better, you can find a better quality one at Claire's at the mall. The chain is not real silver, the clasp was plastic and bent and the moissanite in the pendant is mounted in the flimsiest metal base, the kind that gets stuck everywhere! TERRIBLE! When I contacted customer service I was told I had to PAY to return them. So I kept the chain and they refunded the plastic earrings. Also the chain size is for like a toddler. Oh, and when I asked the customer service agent if this jewelry was from China she had the audacity to ask me if I knew I was buying "fashion jewelry"!?! Well, I know I'm
Not buying high end pieces but if the description calls it diamonds and moissanite then that's what I am expecting to get. RUN AWAY!

I received my earrings in 2 days, and they were very nice. However I when I placed my order they claimed they were 1 carat diamond earrings for $180...I received a "nearly half carat" diamond set. They were a nice set, and I guess for the price they are worth it...would have felt better receiving the 1 carat pair.

Ring band came scratched. Diamonds are cloudy and have little sparkle. Very disappointed and order from Super Jeweler again.

I ordered three pairs of earrings for my daughter for Christmas. I received my order today and one of the three boxes was completely empty! Needless to say I was disappointed and contacted someone immediately. I had to submit pictures of what was received and also the packaging slip. Now I am waiting for someone to reship the earrings I paid for and didn't get.
