Great good customer experience and stand up company.

It takes much time going through checking out diamond size color etc. Then you're not certain you have picked the correct size. Lots of guess work. Not real happy about that. Then once you have made a selection you're still not sure you have made the right decision.

Great price, great quality, easy process, could not have asked for a better experience.

The ring I got did not look like the item on the website the stone was not the same color at all. Then the band was so so thing it can easy bend. The certificate cards the items come with are so fake looking the wording was woreout looking an kinda blurry. If you ask me the paperwork is garbage. The earrings I got were small like I wanted an look pretty but I don't like how the post don't have a screw part cause these can easily fall out an not secure only cheap earrings come this way

Ordered earings for my wife's Christmas gift o. December 11th. They were to ship by the 16th. That came and went. They finally got them to FedEx on the 21st.My wife got her Christmas gift today the 28th of December. Messaging them was a waste of my time.

Almost too much selection. If there is such a thing. I am always happy with my purchases from SJ. Their jewelry gets many compliments and my lady absolutely loves everything from them. Will buy again. 5 starts. Fast shipping too. Not this time. Two sets of diamond earrings and both are the wrong size. Hopefully they will correct this soon and I will update my ratings

Not happy. This earring can easily get stuck in a sweater. Cheap looking, not what they advertise. The color is off and the size of the diamond is off.
