Was looking to replace lost birthstone ring and this one is exactly like the one I lost. Exactly what I was looking for!

Product arrived quickly but the black diamond has a scratch/line across the center.

I usually like the things that I buy from Super Jewelers. Every now and then I run into a problem with their website.
I was trying to order a ring, but it would not allow me to put in a size. Every day they would send me a reminder that I did not finish my order, and everyday I would try again. It still would not let me put in a size. So I guess I was not meant to get that ring. That's ok I didn't need to spend the money.

They created numerous unecessary delays and this Christmas gift wasn't even ready for New Year's. I was not alerted that a signature would be needed for such an inexpensive item. I won't consider using your company again untio FedEx goes out of business.

You often raise an eyebrow when prices are so reasonable but after purchasing, now, four different pieces from this company, I can attest to the quality at an incredible price.

This was not my first SJ purchase and won't be the last. Their value is phenomenal and their communication throughout the process is top notch. If you have not signed up with your email, you should do so, because when they have a sale, they have genuine bargains like no other, and on quality merchandise. I am very pleased with all of the items I have purchased from them. They arrive exactly as described.
