I had to ask 3 times when I finally got an answer as to whether my pearls were AA or AAA. Then, when Tracking indicated that they had been delivered to my address, and clearly I hadn't received them, an email instructed me to call USPS and find out what was going on! Then it said, "Have a great day!" WTH! I was worried about my pearls. Finally, they arrived on the date initially promised. They are beautiful but not knotted in between. Alas!
