Processing time took much longer than I expected, which is not clear on the website the main purchase was the engagement ring, which is nice but the process not so easy with the company. I'm sorry to have to say that I had to have multiple chats times and they did tell me they would call me back they didn't but they did follow through in the last two phone calls and that's the final time give me a date that it would be delivered and it was, I just wishing I hadn't spring for overnight shipping
