I ordered 2 items paid for by my pay pal debit linked to my bank account. The refused to ship my merchandise to my shipping address. They will only ship to billing address. My billing address doesn't accept packages that's why I have another. I am remote and rely on online shopping. Never have I heard of this. Now paypal trying to assist me in getting money back huge hassle. The repair basically accused me of being shady because I have 2 addresses. Good luck getting order through. This company blows.

My fiance has had her diamond come loose twice. She called to ask about the warranty and repairs after several emails. She finally received a call back just to not get answers and had their head of customer service Hang up on her.
Mind you this is after her first ring "was stolen"when sent for repairs and I was forced to buy a second one.
Horrible experience overall quality of the ring and stones are questionable at best I found out from another jeweler.
