The jewelry came properly packaged, and it is authentic and very nice. It is actually more beautiful than I thought it would be given the price. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is for customer service. The package was said to be delivered by USPS and it was not. Three days went by and still no package, so at that point I emailed the email address provided and no one responded. The package eventually showed up and I let them know, but there still has been no response and it is a week later since delivery.

The diamond had wonderful clarity and sparkle. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because it stated it was a 14kt gold necklace. The pendant the diamond is in is 14kt gold but the chain is stamped 925 meaning it's gold plated, not what the description suggests which is 14kt gold. Shipping was also slow.

Ordering was very good. It took a bit to get them, but it was worth it. Very shiny. The backs screw on the post, so less chance on losing them. All & all, a very good experience.

I was in St Thomas and happened on this necklace that I have been searching for over 15 years. I was not able to bargain it to a reasonable price, which was upsetting. Frustrated, I searched online but used gram weight as a detail and found this website! I was shocked and so hopeful when I saw the same exact item at a price point I felt was right. Imagine my surprise when I received discounts on top of it. I held my breath that the item would be what iv been searching for. I have purchased so many and all disappointed. Very satisfied with the jeweler. Super Jeweler has good quality jewelry. Their delivery system almost gave me a heart attack. They use FedEx. I received a message that I signed for the package when I was at work. Ohhh Man. Thought the worst. Am pleased to report that the package was there. I received my pendant and chain. While I'm happy with the pendant, I'm wondering whether there was a mistake with the chain as it is 16", not 18". I will have to purchase a different chain.
