I wish this let me give ZERO Star because honestly, they do not deserve 1 star. Your jewelry will never ship to you on the date they tell you. Per their shipping policy, US orders are supposed to ship within 2-3 business days. I placed an order on 01/14/2025 and until today 01/25/2025 my order has never been shipped out. I placed so many calls out to them, spoke with Karen, she has no clue about customer service or telling customers the truth about manufacturing or shipping the products they sell. Also, chat with Sean neither have a clue on when order will be shipped out. I agree with the last review that It's an outside company that produces all of their products. They always tell the customer they will contact production and will update you, don't get fooled by that you will never receive an update. Would never suggest buying anything from this so called jewelry store. No communication and terrible attitudes by their representatives. Jean Dorfeuille

As anyone would be a little skeptical about buying real jewelry online, it wasn't so bad. Its also my first time buying real jewelry and had no clue what the differences were on diamonds. So its was a learning curve for me and I couldn't be happier. I cant wait to see the look on my girlfriends face when I give her this necklace for valentine's day, I know she wont be expecting it and how beautiful and amazing it is.
