I've return the item, and they received on Feb 10,2025 by certified mail. As of today Feb 21,2025 no refund. I've called and spoke to lady name by Shelly and was told that they are having technical issues from the refund department. She said it will be fixed by next Friday, and no guarantee of getting refunds by next Friday. Wow not a good company!
Received the earrings and necklace and real disappointed this is the first time in over ten years. The color was supposed to be pink the color I got was clear on both pieces where is the pink color it shows on the items on your site
