I'm February 27,2024 I purchased one of super jewelry bargains 14 karat gold earrings with a half a carat diamond I was not able to open an account no matter how many variations of a password I tried today is March 6. I thought I called and talk to a man Jay. She was not only arrogant and ignorant. He was very dismissive. I told Jay that every time I went on his account and tried to open my account. My Fedex account would come up, including all my information. My balance is my debit my credit all my identifying information this man Jay was arrogant. This is what your phone it's not our problem The last time I'll deal with a firm who takes my personal information of my identity so lightly to the point where is dismissive and invalidated anything I had to say good luck if you want your identity exposed this is the place to go super jeweler.
I would like to shop something else but the gift card is not available

I've had the pleasure to shop a few times with SuperJeweler and have been pleasantly happy with their products. The only thing that I would request, is for them to have better boxes in which to present the products.
Ordered a piece of jewelry. Given shipping information. Order didn't arrive. Talked to chat. Had to talk again to chat when still didn't receive order. Sent an e-mail. Charles from shipping was very helpful and within 4 days I had a new shipping date and the order was received as indicated. After some anxiety, I am very happy with my order and would buy from Superjeweler again. Make sure you purchase the insurance for your purchase.
Arrived as expected. Appear to be good quality. Appreciate the email regarding delivery. The backs for the earrings are tiny- hopefully not to difficult to put on.
