Received items in timely manner. Inspected the bracelet (with 1ct total diamonds) and the "diamonds" were so inconsistent in cut and quality it was extremely noticeable to the naked eye. Took into a jeweler to get clean to hopefully brighten it up, was told they were unfortunately fake. Got a second opinion, same result. I would avoid, prices too good to be true.

I brought a 1 1/3 ct ring 5 years ago and got it appraised today. Turns out it fake. Days 14ct on the band its was white gold over silver and the stone is fake.

Terrible Customer Service
February 10, 2018

I was alerted to a great deal on some diamond earrings from SuperJewelers.com a couple of weeks before Valentines day and boy do I regret it. We were celebrating on the 9th (weekend before) and the listing for the product says that they would ship by Thursday the 8th. I called in Tuesday the 6th and paid extra to receive overnight FedEx shipping to make sure I had the gift on Friday the 9th and was charged immediately and confirmed with their customer service rep that it would be shipping out Thursday.

Thursday passed and I called Friday morning as I never received any tracking information on the order. The rep immediately put me on hold to look over the order. She then informed me that she would need to call me back so she could talk to someone about why she could not see the information (already a bad sign). I received a call back from * to inform me that my order was still there and would be shipping out today, Friday. That would mean that I would receive the order Saturday which was too late. When I told her that when I paid for the expedited shipping was told it would be shipping out on Thursday by FedEx overnight she had nothing to say other than "I was the person you spoke to that day." No attempt to fix the issue or offer me anything to help make the customer happy.

When I asked for a refund on the shipping she said "then your order will only be sent out on our normal shipping method" as if they did not just screw up my order and gift I had planned for that night! My only other action they gave me was to "just cancel your order." Any other decent company out there would offer something to an unhappy customer if they screwed up their order.

I informed her of what terrible customer service this was, and asked to just refund my shipping as I didn't want to speak another word to a company who will not be held accountable for their mistakes. I should have looked them up a little more online before I purchased as I am not the only one with bad experiences.

I have purchased a few things from Superjeweler.com they have decent quality jewelry at affordable prices. I bought two gem stone rings and bought a replacement wedding set. The gem stone rings a 1/2 carat silver blue topaz ring and a 1 carat sapphire ring I was overjoyed with the quality of the rings for the price I payed and both had small diamonds on the side. They both look lovely. The wedding ring set was a 14k gold micro pave princess cut diamond wedding set 1/2 carat tw. The set is ok quality not as good as a jewelry store the clarity of the diamond is not the best as there is some exclusions but in the description it says as much. I am happy with the product but make sure you do your homework on diamond clarity and color so you know what to expect. Bottom line: If you want A+ quality go to a jewelry store if you want some extra bang on a budget and are not as picky on the quality Superjeweler is a great bet. I have talked to Customer Service and they were nice and friendly. I would recommend this company to others.

I found what I thought was the perfect ring to propose to my husband. The first time, the delivery date was delayed twice, so I had to cancel it and had to reorder. I did that, order was again not delivered on time, so had to cancel again. Every time I spoke with a rep, they gave a new excuse.

For the first order, I was told the refund would hit my bank in 3-5 days. That was 16 days ago, and no refund.

Not sure if this company is a scam or if they're really disorganized.

They were NOT CUSTOMS fees they were DHL delivery fees, I had to pay and extra 16$ I even sent 2 pics of the label on the parcel to you yet you did nothing.Do not confuse delivery fees and custom fees, there are different labels for that and it clearly said 0$ customs on the label so before writting anything on here get your facts right.
