I ordered a ring on layaway, Deposit was removed right away from bank account but I could not open an account with super Jewlers to see the transaction, nor did I receive any kind of email, as Was mentioned on Super Jewlers website. I called and got a very rude representative that said I didn't get anything because it was just a layaway. I tried telling her this still is a sale but she cut me off and without asking said we will refund you, I asked when she said 3to5 days then When I said thank you she hung up on me. Bad, rude, customer service. I will definitely not go on there website ever again. If I could rate a zero star I would.

After I unfortunately lost my original engagement ring I had been eyeing the "sunburst" design with a ~1ct~ lab diamond totalling roughly around $3000 from Brilliant Earth. I felt so guilty making my fiancé spend so much money on a replacement ring I searched for cheaper options and came across Super Jeweler. I was so excited to find a similar design for literally a fraction of the price of the ring I wanted from Brilliant Earth. My fiancé and I were a little unsure about the ligitimacy of Super Jeweler.

Was it a reliable site? Will the ring look like sh*t?

We weren't sure, but the price was so right. We went for it anyway.

The ring arrived at our door within 2 weeks. The packaging was beautiful and the RING WAS STUNNING. We couldn't be happier!

The ring I bought was fake & Very cheap looking, low quality. They make you think your are getting something of high value at a great price with all the discounts and the BS advertising on their Website. Don't believe it! They are selling fake gems made of glass at rip-off prices. I am going to report them the State of New York Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. They will not pay return shipping for the $400 ring that I purchased that turns out is worth less then $75.00. I have also told my credit card company about the fraud.

They use poor quality diamonds and laser enhance them which cuts the value of the actually ring by. More than half there is literally no sparkle to it, it looks like a big piece of glass
I was told the 2 ct ring I paid $2500 for was worth $600.
It's a nice ring, but compared to a 2ct ring from a major jeweler exp zales, Jared the difference is astounding.
They also delete any reviews you post that arent five stars.
Wouldnt be surprised if some of them are fake.

I'm returning my ring

I bought their 'Diamond Swirl Bracelet' dueing the sales and the description clearly says it has a diamond on it.To quote,
"This bracelet contains 1 sparkling diamond for a total carat weight of 0.01 carats. Diamond color is J-K, diamond clarity I3. The diamond on this bracelet has a natural rose cut, so it may not have the traditional sparkle, but it will shine as the light reflects off the surface.". Bull$#*!! There is no diamond, nor does it shine! Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews here, i feel all of them are fake! Highly warn to stay away feom superjewlers.com!. Also there is no place to write a review for them on their website and i wonder how they got so many positive reviews!? Total scam!

I won a gorgeous black diamond necklace and I can not be more happy! I love that it comes in a really pretty mint green/blue box and it was placed very neatly inside the box. The diamond is so pretty and sparkles brightly and the black color is amazing! I love the size of the diamond and as well as the silver chain necklace that it comes with! I've never had a nice peice of jewelry so when I saw I won I couldn't believe it and I was extremely grateful when I received it in the mail. I really love the quality of the jewelry from this company and the prices are very reasonable and you get a much better deal than from any other company! I am a life long customer now and will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone that is looking for amazing jewelry at amazing prices!
