Placed order over a month ago, took money out of my account immediately! One excuse after another on why hasn't even shipped yet! Manager just informed me that usually 3-5 business days until shipped... still don't have!
On May 13th I placed an order for my granddaughter's virtual graduation on the 26th. Shipping was 3-5 days. After I ordered and paid for it I got an email saying due to Covid-19 it would be up to 10 days. Still within my timeline. On the 23rd I contacted the company via chat as no one was answering the phone. Spoke to Brandon. He was going to contact the owner to see if he could have it sent overnight shipping but because of the weekend and Memorial day he would have to wait until the 26th. He would call me. Not happy but no choice. The 26th I did not get a call back so I contacted Brandon on chat again. He said it would go out that day and be delivered overnight to arrive on the 27th. He sent me a confirmation email to this effect. No delivery made. Contacted Samantha on the 27th. Explaining all the above, sent a copy of the email. She was going to have a supervisor call me the next morning. She also said she would make sure it went out that day to be delivered the 28th. I received an email from Superjeweler saying it was preparing to ship and gave me a tracking number for FedEx. FedEx had an estimated delivery for the 29th but had only prepared a label, no item received. No call, no delivery again on the 29th. Today, FedEx is still awaiting the item. No delivery date. I have been lied to, manipulated and sent false emails. I'm done. I want a full refund and cancel the order. I filed a complaint with the BBB. And this will only allow on upload so here's Brandon's.
Item was ordered since March 18th, still hasn't arrived. Was told it would ship out in 10 days, 2 weeks... in multiple emails. Now the last email I recieved yesterday stated they'll let me know when they can ship item out "soon". They've already taken the 1k+ out of my account despite no shipment.
I purchased diamond earrings, push backs not screw as in pics, not happy, misleading, very flimsy gold and these posts will snap easily, backs not tight at all, overall I would not purchase at distance again
I bought a set of earrings for a Mother's Day gift as it was "guaranteed to arrive by Mother's Day". The Friday before Mother's Day I contacted customer service and was told they were getting it ready to ship that day so I'd have it the next day (day before Mother's Day). No emails, no texts, nothing. I contact customer service again the day before and now they tell me that it won't ship for another 2 weeks as it's not in stock and still has to be made. Terrible customer service, no communication, guarantee's mean absolutely nothing. I have a ring on layaway as well, but after this experience I'll be going elsewhere.
I love SuperJeweler and jewellery the most. I personally don't find it tooo expensive. I would compare the prices to other website. I love the designs
I ordered a necklace from Super Jeweler. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called to tell them my package must have been lost. They pretended to check for it, they told me someone would contact me ASAP about it. No one reached out to me. I called probably 4 times after and no one answered. I would leave voice mails and they were never listened to or at least responded to. I finally "chatted" with an employee on their website and She said She would send me another one. I have a feeling it isn't going to come. I got charged the first day I ordered this and it's been almost 2 months and still no necklace. HORRIBLE customer service.
Kept money over 2 weeks and do not ship out item. When Questioned Nicole stated will be another 2 weeks due to corona Virus, I questioned that as other Jeweller's from New York had shipped recently to me within 2 days. I expresses my discontent and she cancelled my order... So now not only is my sons Birthday present late he won't be getting it... Poor poor poor
I buy one diamond ring for my fiance. I can say, they have best coustomer care management. And they do not comparmise on there product quality.

I bought a ring for $800, you couldn't even see the diamonds! The ring loooked nothing like what was shown on the site. So I returned it for credit, I was outside the window for a refund., which is ok. I send it back and get a phone call three days later saying I can have the credit BUT ONLY IF I SPEND 1.5 OF THE AMOUNT OF THE CREDIT! THIS IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE ON THE SITE. Shadey! Theses people are crooks. They sell diamond rings with no diamonds. I wish I took a picture of this ring to displaybut I was too embarrassed. I just wanted to get rid of it.
I'm returning my order, haven't received my return and my shipping cost.
I have placed multiple orders from this site, and I was never disappointed until my last order. I was repeatedly lied to about what day my order would be shipping out. I called, chatted, called again trying to get a legitimate answer as to when this order would be shipping, and every time it was a different day, and by the end instead of it will ship out this day, all I get is shouldn't be any later than xx/xx/xx, except that's a load of nonsense as well because that the best answer they have right now, could change any time anywhere anywhen.
The earrings arrived looking cloudy and shattered. They look nothing like what was advertised.
They also make you pay insurance and shipping and handling to return the item.

Shipping date Dec 19, and confirmed by email on the 17th "... items shipping out within. 24. - 48hours..." Now I get the excuse that they had to send it back to the contractor for 4 days of polishing, really!

I have a hard time believing that the reviews on their website are real. Here's a real review, I think the photos say it all. There's no brilliance to there "2 carat" diamond bracelet. Plus the money back guarantee might be true but you are responsible for shipping the items back and creating a return label for the item, which means you have to stand in a post office line to make sure you can insure the item and get it mailed back. Not the greatest service for returns.
