I booked a reservation for a hotel after my house caught fire and a second reservation was accidentally made. I contacted SuperTravel and a customer service rep told me my funds would be reissued in 2-3 business days. That did not occur. I called them back multiple times and finally got them to escalate the call to a manager, Mark Louie. He called me back and the phone rang 3 times and disconnected - I did not have time to catch the call before he hung up. He then responded via email (despite my request for a phone call) stating the reservation was non refundable and I needed a letter with signatures from the hotel owner and others stating they could refund me. I responded via email that they need to check my call where the customer service rep said I would be refunded. I emailed them 2-3 times with no response. I called back multiple times and Mark Louie called me back, only repeating it was non refundable and then the phone disconnected mid conversation. I tried calling back repeatedly but never heard from him again. I finally got the information of a new Supervisor, Annie, who was sympathetic to my situation and agreed they should honor what I was told originally and that she would negotiate a deal. I then received an Email from her stating I would not be refunded without that letter. My father passed away a month after the fire and I do not have time to jump through hoops, especially after I was told by the company I would receive my refund. A legitimate, reputable company would stay true to their word and not fight someone in their time of need. They are not a honorable and trustworthy business and I can only feel as though I've been scammed. And if you have to contact them after your reservation has been made, good luck getting through to them, especially if you need to speak to a manager. Beware doing business with SuperTravel
I booked the hotel via super.com traveler. Upon booking I was not told that there will be extra charges to pay at hotel when checking out. It's very misleading for customer to pay unexpected charge. Today when we checked out they asked me to pay $200 for some strange fee which is experience fee that covers room service, using Wi-Fi which was stated as free in the hotel, using lift, computer which we never used. Usually when we book room that covers all that. Also, if these charges are mandatory then they should be part of the price so customers wouldn't mislead about the price. Hotel receptionist told me that experience charges are mandatory, so it should be added in total price. If we know that to pay $200 extra for experience charges then I must not book the hotel. What we are paying for then? Only the bed in the room? This is totally unfair and I am so upset with that. This is why they show less price and later charged via hotel. super.com are not positive with this complaint. It is responsibility of the super.com to contact the hole and manage the refund. Because mandatory charges must be part of the usual price. Booking number B_*******

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the extra charge after your stay. We are truly sorry confusion, nonetheless, we must bring to your attention that it’s a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation.
Please note that the listing did include the room rate and hotel fees in their listing. Super Travel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card or in the hotel's terms and conditions section, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking and payment receipt. This is separate because they are not charged by Super but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.

This was my first time using Super.com and was very pleased how well everything worked out. I will use Super.com again.
It was great. Everything was perfect and we didn't want for anything. It was all there. Breakfast was good with lots to choose from. Swimming and hot tub was clean and indoors. Rooms were spacious and the AC was awesome cold.
Super.com made it unbelievably easy to book a room at much less than everyone else was asking I would recommend it to anyone.
Needed to book a hotel room saw the super price for the room and was like no way its gonna be 75 dollars cheaper there had to be a catch. But there was no catch just super easy and money saving
I went online to make our reservations and even though we were member to a few of other competitors and even the Hotel chain itself, Super.com offered better rates with quite a significant discount for both rooms. And the experience was very easy!
Never heard of "Super" so I was a little skeptical but it all went the same as any of the big name booking platforms I've used.

I was booked at 2 separate properties by super on the same night. Set up to buy a 2 night stay at the hotel I chose, but instead was booked a 1 night stay elsewhere? I emailed them immediately as the confirmation came through that they screwed up. I was sent a generic generated message telling me I was aware of the 100% non-refundable purchase? I didn't purchase that property. Now I paid 500$ for 2 nights where I wanted while a 200$ crap hotel room sat vacant that I paid for. Don't trust them they have no customer service to help. The ones they do have u won't understand. They don't care at all what u have to say and will not give a single dollar back. Greed will eventually kill all these companies.

I received a text message offering me a $30 discount if I extended my stay before 11:59pm.
I proceeded to extend my stay, and completed the transaction and did not get the discount.
I called Super.com customer service and waited over an hour. The operator said I couldn't get the discount because it was only available for their customers. This is a misguiding way to confuse people and steal from them. I am going to report this with the Bureau of Customer Affairs and warn people on social media about your indecent ways of doing business.

I hate that you cannot talk to anyone concerning reservation, cancellation or anything else. I paid an $10 for cancellation coverage, not realizing it was only for cancellation up to two days prior to reservations. I had a death in the family (not immediate family by their definition, but my one and only auntie). Of course, it was less than 2 days when it occurred. In FL and having to get to PA and could not cancel. I wasn't about to throw away $96 so I kept the reservation but it caused me undo stress doing so. And then the hotel was awful (dirty, musty smell, bugs inclusive of bed bugs). My husband and I had to sleep in our car in the hotel parking lot. Not only can't talk to anyone but they obviously don't check the hotels they offer discounts. Never never again will I use them and I would suggest you not use them either. It's not worth the discounted rates they offer especially if you have personally situations occur and can't talk to anyone. It's quite obvious to me that Super.com cares nothing about customer service or customer satisfaction. Please save yourself the possible agitation and use another discount firm.

Last minute desicion to make a booking, super.com were the cheapest by far. The hotel direct which I'm a member at, was over £20 more expensive. Booking was simple process. Would def use this site again.
This website implements the ultimate dark pattern to get your phone number: alluring you with a room cheaper than other websites, then asking you for your phone number rather than using catchpa to verify you're not a bot… to ultimately give you an error no matter what you're trying. This is blatantly a shady tactic to gather phone numbers and retarget you with deals. I work in tech and I'm mad that I fell for it! Now trying to get them to erase my number from their database but surprise… no easy way to contact them. AVOID! Don't give your money to a company with such shady practices.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
