Paid for a room through them but when I got to the hotel I was not in their system having a reservation and they were all booked out and so when I went through customer to get a refund they said I needed tosend them an invoice from the hotel but of course I never got one cause I was never in their system but I sent a statement from my PayPal showing I did pay them for the room hoping that woukd be good enough but then I received an email saying my ticket had been resolved and closed but they never gave me answer or refunded me, basically just trying to get rid of me. I started a 2nd ticket with customer support and explained what just happened and this time wanted a written letter from the hotel which by this time it's the next day and whatever clerk was there late at night when I got there wouldn't be there and the hotel itself had no documentation I was even there since I was never in there system and plus to spend my while Dat traveling back to this hotel was just ridiculous and 9nce I explained this my ticket was again magically closed and resolved and they obviously have no intent on refunding me for their mistake or even telling me directly instead they send an email saying it's closed and resolved with no closure and your left wondering what the heck is happening. Ill never use them again and they still owe me my refund
I was thrilled to get a great accommodation rate through Super.com recently.
It was very easy although I didn't receive the confirmation email from them but phoned the hotel to ensure everything was booked in ok. I will use them again
I had a fabulous stay at the Westport STL Residence Inn with great booking deal from Super.com. The rate was great, the room was phenomenal, it felt like an apartment with all the amenities one would want.
My family and I were looking for a room. To expensive, super. Com got back to me and found the same place my family was staying. For almost half the price they paid
It was super quick and easy to navigate to find the best available deal! I had my booking confirmed in no time and it made my check-in SUPER fast.
Used Kayak to search for a room near Miami Airport and Super.com came up with a great deal.

The room I was given was not the type of room I requested. The room was also filthy and had roaches. I sent Super.com pictures and was promised a refund that I have not received, even after sending all the information they ask for.

The rate directly with the hotel was $158, but as I'm walking up the steps to the hotel, I book with Super.com at $98 plus fees/taxes! What a deal! Would absolutely use this site again!
As skeptical as I was to use Super.com the low rates were to hard to pass on. Thankfully everything worked like a charm. We checked into our hotel without any issues and we saved over $30 dollars on our hotel stay. Looking forward to booking with Super.com for our next adventure.
Not much to say, they gave me a great deal and when I got to the hotel it was honored with no issues whatsoever. It's what you would expect of a good company, and they came through.

Reasonable rate found on google search. Accommodations spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was standard but well stocked. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Made a reservation for 8/25/23 for two nights. Type of room reserved was not what I had paid for. Don't waste time or money booking thru this bogus site.

Reservations are made based on your search criteria. It's important you double-check your booking details before you complete your reservation. This includes checking the dates, location, room type and price. It's also a good idea to review our cancellation policy so that you know what to expect if you need to change or cancel your reservation.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
