Fast shipping and Quality products.
These dresses are in style and also flattering and provide a huge bump of self confidence. I was in between sizes and sized up just incase, everything still fits well (just not tightly which really is better and more comfortable)

Pros: Friendly CSRs, quick shipping
Cons: Pricey for what you get (the clothes are pretty but the fabric is quite cheap and flimsy), the color of one of the shirts was way off (pale mustard instead of sunny yellow as shown on both my iPhone and laptop)
If you live in Canada, you have to pay additional duty and DHL fees to clear customs. This had never been a problem when I ordered stuff from the US, UK, Korea, China, so I'm not sure why something from Australia would be different. In any event, I paid an additional $16 in duties and $20 for DHL 'processing fees' (there's a way to get around this fee but it requires work and I was not going to drive to Mississauga and stand in line for customs during a pandemic to save $20).

Love the clothes, so cute and adorable but the shipping prices are not good. At least they could give free shipping for a certain amount! I just placed an order for more than $120 and I still got charged $15 for shipping. As much as I love the clothes I may have to find another place to buy my dresses because the shipping rate is not the best.

I bought three GORGEOUS dresses, and the shipping was incredibly fast. The only thing is duties were around $45 CAD and I'm not sure I'd order again just for that reason.

I was ordering from the UK so was pleasantly suprised by how quick the parcel arrived (just over a week). The clothes I got were very pretty and looked like the images online but I was surprised by how cheap the material felt. A little disappointed as they do have quite a high price point.
I got the order on time and I loved the top I ordered too, fits so well & is really pretty & good quality! Felt lucky to get it for the price it was on sale for
