I ordered 3 gorgeous dresses. They were exactly as shown on the photos and the delivery from Australia to Belgium took only 5 days!
Delivery was super fast and clothes fit perfectly! Highly recommend!

It seems like the wishlist doesn't really work. I've added a couple of dresses to my wishlist and nothing appears when I click on my wishlist.

Great and quick delivery only to bad that I needed to pay €37.41 for delivery in Holland that's way I couldn't accept the package so unfortunately never saw that beautiful dress I bought.
Surprisingly poor quality. Didn't realise that Sunday Muse was multiple brands, some better quality than others. Definitely not worth the £98 tax at customs to get it into the UK.
Sundae Muse offers some of the greatest customer services I've ever seen; Joyce and Jonah were both able to assist me to cancel an order that I had ordered in the wrong size by mistake in record time. They promptly responded to my messages and stayed with me throughout the entire process, patiently addressing all of my questions.

AMAZING loved the pretty clothes they were perfect. Tax was a bit of a pain though :(

The quality is so bad, the three dresses I ordered all felt like they were ordered from shein. Grossly overpriced, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere

Sundae Muse has outdone itself today. I previously ordered some clothes and although I loved most, some had to be returned for a small fee of £6.50 (considering I'm in the UK and the company is in AUS this is certainly a win). From this return I received gift cards which although faulty at first, a lovely team member Kir sorted these out for me in an instant (literally minutes) and was super helpful along the really fast-paced process. Can't thank them enough. The clothes themselves are of exceptional quality and design - and although you need to pay some pretty hefty import taxes if you're shopping from the UK, the clothes make it all worth it (especially compared to the budget online retailers we are home to). Thanks again.

Received a faulty dress with an incorrect stitching or something and they were quick and responsive. They were also understanding of the situation and prompted with a replacement. Great company, thank you Sundae Muse team <3 :)

I am so upset the sizing is super small and the dress was tight and i tried to return it but the shipping cost is ridiculous. This company doesn't even help you out with giving you a shipping label if you want to make returns or even a refund (which they don't do). If you're a clothing company i feel like this is a must. The size 4 is so tiny and im stuck trying to find someone that will buy it but no one can squeeze into it. I lost all of my money in it. Ridiculous.
The sizes run a bit small, but the clothes are great quality and they ship fast. Returns were easy.
