LOST BY COURIERS ITEMS have to wait 30 days of investigation before a refund
Order a watch should be delivered at the latest the 30/11/22 raise a complain that it not delivered and now have to wait for investigation is finished up to 30 days and then get a refund. There go a Christmas present in these expensive times.
FUNNY PART IS THAT WHEN GIVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY CALL YOU IN A FEW HOURS BUT HAVE NO TIME AND WILL NOT REPLACE LOST ITEMS BY COURIERS. IF YOU BUY AND PAY FROM STUDIO THIS MEANS THAT STUDIO GO IN A LAWFUL AGREEMENT AND HAVE TO DELIVER THE GOOD IN THE AGREED TIME.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE IF A COMPANY

These absolute scum of a company has taken our money and not delivered the item. They just say excuse after excuse but not deal with it. We ordered a duvet cause ours got ruined and being winter it's a must but these incompetent neglectful company have left us waiting weeks and weeks and still not dealt with it. With the time of the year and how tight things are with money we can't buy another until we get out money back so and due to this my daughter and her mum are ill. These are an absolute bloody disgrace and we will be reporting them to trading standards and anywhere else we can

I'm sure this is not true...

Where as I may have used them in future. Its now a definite NO from me.

Avoid at all costs

Worse catalogue company I have ever joined

Pure Theft!
Where is my money? It's been 37 days and you still havent refunded me for the order that YOU LOST! You've admitted to it now in an email. So WHERE IS MY MONEY YOU THIEVES! Your response on here is "We need more information" Iv filled that form in with my account number about 8 times now and you still haven't give. Me my Fu£$*n money back!

I ordered items from Studio it was late arriving. The birthday had passed. The teddy bear was so small it was ridiculous, One item not in stock, even though they had too the money for it, I find that dishonest trading or sharp practice it was once called. On phoning to return no good goods the young woman I spoke was bordering unintelligible I could not understand what she saying, she kept leaving me hanging on the phone for ages and ages many times every time I asked her a question while she found out what to do. All they were worried about was the money. I wonder how long before they fully refund me once they get the goods back. I hate dealing with companies like these they have no customer service employ people who have no idea about things which customers want to know. I have wasted far too much of my precious time on this awful company. Avoid if you have any sense.

Terrible

My parcel has not been delivered and still sitting at the depo 2 weeks on. No one at studio can tell me why I haven't recieved it and to add Insult to injury they don't refund. I will never purchase from here again

Scammed me on every level

Taken my return of £160 for the broken air bike. 6 weeks passed. Everyone but them have it even though they sent somebody to collect it. Left a very vulnerable family with nothing.

Wrong item, impolite, no communication. Shameful. You ask for a refund and they may decide to refund you in 15 days! You have to find a printer to print the return form and take a day off work for the collection

Rubbish customer service

What has happened to Studio, they used to be brilliant. I have been with them for nearly 10 years. But I will be leaving. Their customer service is shocking. Really, really shocking.
I have no proof of purchase of my order as it never arrived.

I have been a studio customer for years but these last few months have helped me make the decision to close my account with them. My balance is zero as I pay straight away when the invoice arrives, but this month no invoice, a recent return was denied even though they arranged it. Staff overall are rude, unhelpful and speak very quiet so very frustrating. Emails to them to complain have resulted in replies with questions, when I email answer another advisor responds with no prior knowledge of initial emails. Too confusing, stressful and not worth the effort. Done

Shocking
August 30, 2022

I placed an order on the 22nd Aug. When I came to pay the psyment went through but then came up with sn error. So I contacted studio on the 23rd. To be told there was an error with the product. The money had come out of my account. I have had made numerous phone calls. To be told that I woukd get a full refund. This was last week.
I rang up today to find out where my refund was. And my account has been deleted. They did not believe me. I td them I have proof. As I have all the times snd dates of the calls. I told them to listen to the calls. But they have refused. And also refused to give me a refund.
I asked to be put through to a manager. But conviently. They were all in meeting.

Horrible experience

I try to help people who want to do shopping online from studio... I DON'T RECOMMEND TO NO-ONE TO BUY FROM "STUDIO UK"... if you will be happy to pay something for nothing, you can buy from STUDIO UK, if not... I suggest you to be very careful. For me was happening for second time, first time I used their credit, they charged me for interest even if I didn't jump out of the date which was set up, the second time I didn't use their credit, because my previous experience with them, I paid all my shopping with my debit card, and GUESS WHAT... they still charge me, every month I receive text from them that tge limit of my payment is on 5th of the month. I suggest you to check very well for what they charge you... they take your money for nothing. In my case I had to pay for nothing. I done a complaint to them but I still receive texts regarding my payment... I don't want to hear about them never in my life! My suggestion for you is to give up by buying from them and be careful!

First if I could give them minus starts I would,
I order some baby clothes quality is rubbish and you will just waist your money if you do, postage wasn't free and took a week
One of the item was delayed and they had no clue when will be delivered they emailed me and I called them to cancel it and was confirmed 2 days latter it was delivered I called to know why they replied saying cancellation not guaranteed
And they want me to go through a cancellation procedure
Just waist of time and rude staff they won't let you speak

Placed and paid for an order on 7th July, email received on 10th to say on its was on it's to allow 3-7days. Emailed them as not arrived by 19th, I stated it was for a gift and if it wasnt going to arrive by 20th to cancel and refund my money. Got an email today saying to allow another 7 days!
Tried to resolve via contact centre today, they say it was despatched yesterday after I'd requested to cancel and refund.
They now expect me to wait for the delivery, arrange a collection and they'll eventually refund my money! Wish I had read other reviews about poor service and long delivery times before ordering.
1st and certainly the last time I'll order from them, they've had my money 14 days and counting, no goods and had to rush out and purchase my gift elsewhere!

High interest

I've been a customer of studio for about 6 years, never had a problem until now. Since being taken over by another group they have changed everything. They have got greedy by racking up interest. There was a point it seemed I was reducing my balance but now its not budging. As soon as I get this down to zero I will close my account. In 6 years I never missed a payment and last month money was very tight with bills increasing as everyone struggles so I missed the payment and they are now saying I need to pay double by August. 150 quid is alot of money when you have other bills. They won't look after no one, all they care about is money. Not a great way to run a company. So if you are thinking about joining my advice is don't. My credit score has been damaged by missing one single payment and now looking like it will be widely affected due to the next bill. Please don't make the same mistake I have made.
