Horrendous experience!
Items ordered a month ago. Only a part of the order received. Excuse after excuse about delays in packing items received when I contacted them, still no sign of the items. Eventually one of the items from the order turned up and it's the wrong item!
You can't speak to anyone to resolve an issue, just a steam of emails with the same old excuses received when I contacted them!
Terrible service and non existent Customer service. I have paid upfront, so am left with no items yet they have my money!
They even tried to tell me they hadn't taken payment from my bank. I contacted my bank who confirmed they had taken full payment on the day the order was placed. Untrustworthy scammers!
I ordered a doll's house online. It was acknowledged and then when nothing happened they claimed they have a new processing system and it was taking time#. Nothing happened. No delivery. Cancelled but they are just ignoring me. Clearly, the set up is fraudulent. They should be blacklisted with all credit card companies.

My first two TV orders were cancelled due to shortage after many weeks of waiting. I decided to give it one last chance and order it for the third time. To my surprise, the order was shipped after just 4 days. I received an email from Evri that they were expecting my parcel on November 13 and then on November 15 that they had received my parcel and that it was at the hub and in procession. At this point the parcel got stuck and the tracking status remains unchanged to this day. Already on November 20, I started to worry that the TV still had not been delivered and I started contacting Evri. After repeated contact with the courier company and after several investigations, they confirmed that the parcel would not reach me because it was lost and I should notify the Studio so that they would refund the money or send it again. And this is where the fight with customer service began. I've been writing emails to them for a week, explaining that the parcel is lost, and they keep telling me that I shouldn't worry because it's on its way with a link to track its status. A real comedy. Begging, sending photos with e-mails from Evri and asking them to give me the money back or send replacement. They can't even forward the case and conduct an investigation or contact Evri. They can't see the dates and understand that it's been 14 days from the parcel reaching Evri hub and stuck. My hands are dropping. I write the same thing over and over again in capital letters and they don't read it and don't help me. They keep writing that it's with the courier and I keep repeating that it's not because was lost. I'm starting to lose hope, but I won't give up. I will report the matter and I will provide this feedback to all institutions until it is resolved. Order number STRE*******7354

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Even damaged items are not replaced and the after service is apaling. No phone line to speak to a human. Live chat ran by staff who are clearly sick of dealing with endless complications all day every day. Trying to get a TV replaced that was broken on delivery is like pulling teeth. Shocking company now
Order made 16th October, only part delivered (delivery note stated all in same package), after asking me to send photos of the items I did receive they've still failed to deliver the missing item- 17 emails later repeatedly advising that the matter is being investigated or escalated. I just don't trust this company.
This company is going downhill fast. Will take your money but not deliver. Impossible to get an answer from them. They will respond with a generic reply that tells you nothing. Do yourself a favour and do not order anything from them as you won't get the item or your money back!

Bought a product paid in full, next day they refunded my payment and put the product up by £20 if I wanted to re buy it again. Go read their Facebook page it's full of. The £4.99 postage is added in the amount I paid the product itself was £49 inflated to £69
Had to give one star in order to leave a review. Avoid this company at all costs.They are totally uncontactable no tel contact or live chat allowed,all emails ignored fortunately paid by credit card,so got money back
No item, no refund. Customer service is no existent. Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs. SCAM SCAM company
Quick to take your money, and then it begins, well, it doesn't, because you wait for ever for the delivery, and, well, they've removed half the things you order anyway, so, why did you bother? Took hours for the order to be acknowledged, yet, there is no one to speak to about when, where or how. Most stock is "shelf-improvement" and doesn't exist, but they will take your money anyway and then fight you forever when you try get it back. Simply a bunch of crooks posing as a business. The website is a cabbage and all.
A disaster of a company,do not use under any circumstances we ordered a shed cancelled the item which we did not receive,months later still say I owe them money despite numerous phone calls, now there threaten to blacklist me and take me to court well good hopefully we will get it resolved.
If a minus star was offered I would take it, without a doubt. Fraser Group ties with Studio.co.uk are dead. They appear to be rebranding under another guise but rest assured, this will not change the overall poor business of Studio.co.uk Best advice to anyone contemplating a purchase from Studio.co.uk is 'think again' there are horror stories of poor purchases, it is as if the purchases be it clothing, furniture, whatever, are 'damaged returns' spruced up to look a bit better, but not new. Scam, Con, pulling the wool over customers eyes. Yes. Getting any money back from them is not a sprint, its a marathon, and that is if you are lucky enough to get your money back.
Ordered 2 tvs 40 and 32 inch I received the 32 but never got the 40 even tho evri say it was delivered and left at side of my house studio say I have no claim and have to pay for tv so no tv and out of pocket thank you studio
WORST COMPANY EVER!
Ordered early September 2023, delivery date was due by 15/9, it's now 11th October - a MONTH LATER - and order has still not even been processed! It has however been deducted from my credit card!
Spoken to webchat and via email a dozen times, absolutely awful - won't answer any simple questions like has it been processed yet? When can I expect it? Won't raise a complaint! Tell you a manager will ring you then they don't, then say managers don't call out… tell you they will escalate it and you have to wait a week and to be patient - I said it's been a MONTH - you've already eacalated it - and they end the webchat! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!
Order at your peril, because if the item doesn't turn up you can kiss your money goodbye! And sanity… Totally not worth it!
Asked for a refund as when used their online tracking in my account the item said 'no longer available' and they lie and say they are 'about' to dispatch it (2 weeks ago) now it says I have no orders at all in my account - but my payment with order number still shows! You can't get to speak to anyone with any power to get things done, and the imaginary escalations team don't reply!
And as for the copy and paste 'please contact our webchat and we will resolve this for you' messages as shown on other reviews below - no you won't/don't! I have repeatedly asked to raise a complaint and have a refund and am told to wait for escalations to contact me within 7 days (2 weeks later…).
And incase people aren't aware, Studio is basically just a dropshipping company, they don't keep the items themselves they just take your money, email the manufacturer/supplier (who you can't speak to) and hope for the best! Which I'm sure is fine until it goes wrong…
But not being able to get a refund after a month despite them having clear proof it's not even been dispatched, and the order not even having been processed a month later is VERY worrying! Mickey Mouse company.
Save yourself 20 hours of a headache - go elsewhere!
I placed an order in March which is still awaiting dispatch, asked to cancel the order anf get a refund. Order was cancelled, I was told on the 9th of September that the refund would be with me in 3 to 5 working days. Still no refund. Dreadful customer service. Come on Studio give me my £58.99 back!
I ordered a plastic Keter shed back in July. Shed never got delivered. I only found out by tracking my order via Arrows website that the shed had not been delivered due to damage. At no point have Studio informed me of this fact, and that it would not be delivered. Fast forward 3 months and I've only just received a credit back onto my account. Whats really amazing is that Studio has been charging me monthly payments for the undelivered item and I have also been charged a late fee for the pleasure. I've contacted several times though the awful webchat (really, no telephone number?!) and been told this issue would be resolved. I've now been palmed off to studio credit to try and get the charges reversed. I've probably wasted 5 /6 hours trying to get this sorted, all for an item that wasn't delivered. Shambles, avoid!
Answer: Once you finally get through they will keep repeating the same scripted and meaningless drivel then they hang up on you. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!
