This is a large purchase for me and a lot of money we threw my old tv out, expecting a brand new one to work looked fine until you plug it in, the screen looks broke inside I've been told it could be 14 days before courier picks it up I have know idea how long before I get a tv or refund I have to children and no tv for weeks then you will refund me when there's no sale on I'm disgusted with the service 5he television came broke and should be replaced straight away its not on credit I paid full purchase price. I want somebody
To sort this out the item arrived broken that's your responsibility. I saved to get the money and I've no money and nothing to show for it, yor ripping off people on benefits who can't afford all this messing around. I will post this on every blog or site i can find so people who don't have a lot of money dont shop with scamming catalogue

Took my money nearly 7 weeks ago nightmare trying to get hold of them and when you finally do keep telling me same garbage every time ie we will sort it.never had any hassle like this from any company.after sales SHOCKING

It's absolutely hopeless trying to contact Studio about a complaint or query. Placed an order, items are substituted and other not as described, issued credit but unable to use it. The waiting time to speak to an agent (when the phone was available) was almost 40 minutes. And then when you take out a payment plan, it's not taken into account any payments made, that are made inbeteeen you're still expected to pay one third of the actual payment.
It doesn't deserve a one star review but then you can't review otherwise.
Who wants to contact through Facebook? Not me!

I ordered from this site called studio for an amount on 116 pounds. Never received any items. Payed via debit card they took the payment. When I looked at my order summary they mentioned that I used credit payment which is not true. Tried contacting them many times every time they told me to wait for 7 days. Called them they refused to help and gave a number to contact when I called the number it hung up on me.
Can someone please help me as I ordered a swing and slide set for my kids. Saved money up so I could finally surprise them with the swing but no one is there to help.

Stay well away! Possibly a scam. Can't cancel orders for stock that don't exist and all they send is scripted nonsense! They are like nothing I've ever experienced. Still sending statements for a product they haven't sent nor have in stock! See attached photos for my email to them and there response which they have sent to ever email I sent. Contacted EVERY department they have and they say contact the opposite one to which they are at the time. It's ridiculous and good luck speaking to them! If you do they can't speak off script or understand what you are saying.
Don't bother using this company, they are useless. After months of contacting them about not being able to access my account I have now closed my account. I'll take my business where it is wanted!

Purchased a 3 seater recliner sofa but within a couple of months one of the seats has dropped and the recliner mechanism developed a fault. I contacted Studio who offered a full refund and collection of the faulty item. I agreed and sent dates of availability for collection as requested by them. They have completely ignored me ever since! Very frustrating and rubbish service for a poor quality faulty item. AVOID!
Having such a poor experience with Studio. Ordered a bedroom set, 3 items and only one delivered a month ago. Raised with them 2 weeks ago by email, Facebook and chat (as no phone channel) and still no response. I keep being told someone will call me, but nothing. So they have £250 from me, not delivered the products and I have no way of escalating or speaking to anyone. I've never known such poor customer service. Not sure what I can do!
Very unpleasant shopping experience
I placed an order and immediately contacted for change and cancellation. The order was "being processed" however they didn't acknowledge the cancellation request and still put it through. Very frustrating experience.
Returned 2 items 15 days ago sent messages no answer still got items for sale that have been discontinued take all orders even when out of stock but you do not find out till you have ordered try telephone for answers wait at least 30 minutes then you cannot understand what they saying so you never get an answer to your problem.
A serious warning be careful of this company As being a customer with studio for 10 years now it's had it's up and downs some of the products not all I've had seven products faulty! Yes some, are not perfect white coat with bad zippers Bradley made and trainers Chelsea boots that split but we never complained or sent them back only once did we send something a electric kettle delete onto the electrics and onto our work top and nearly electrocuted a child at our house at the time we were very lucky they never really apologised but we kept with them as a good customer always paying up through the bank but now through a mistake they close my account down I would not reinstate it without a load of messing around I thought the company was okay at the best but this this is the last straw I would say to anybody thinking of joining studio to be wary of the problems some bad products no help when it's needed they said they've tied to ring me to get in touch to salt this problem my phone show no such thing so please think before joining this terrible company just beware!
Ordered a tv over a month ago still havnt recieved it and they won't let me cancel customer services are hopeless and they won't let me review on there site disgracefull
I WAS TOLD I HAD PERSISDENT DEBT BY STUDIO A DEBT OF £260. SO THERE SOLUTION TO THIS WAS TO INCRESS MY MONTHLY PAYMENT PLUS THEY INCREESED THERE INTEREST ON MY MONTHLY PAYMENT SO THAT LEAVES ME IN THE SAME SITUATION NOTHING HAS MOVED FORWARD FOR MYSELF JUST GREEDY STUDIO MAKING MORE OFF ME. AVOID THIS COMPANY THERE LIKE A RASH NOT GOOD. IF THEY CALL £260 PERSISTANT DEBT THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE IN TROUBLE WITH THEM.
Used this service untill an item broke on the 3rd use they then make every excuse not to give a refund you can find all of their products on the high street and it's a safer option if a refund is needed
First time ordering from them waited ten days no item delivered evri tracking says we have it that's it I have a tumor in and out of hospital have nobody at home to wait for parcel live in a TOWER block flats so parcel would be stolen told them cancel I can't wait anymore they refused I also could not understand a word the lady said because her accent was to strong
Ordered a microwave (for my wife to thank her Maternity ward at work) very early Dec, still haven't received it. I have chased it many times with the token response of it's delayed with the couriers. Well over 2 weeks later I have requested to cancel & refund me. I keep getting really long winded responses, not actually confirming anything. I have ended up just buying one from Argos. DO NOT risk buying from Studio, the customer service is atrocious! I live in hope for a refund, wish me luck.
Cant give 0 stars or I would! I placed my order on 26th Nov hadnt recieved it by 7th Dec so called asking for update, they told me I hadn't ordered anything since 2021 but I had a confirmation email and monet taken from my bank account...they said that they could see the transaction and would refund the money back within 72hours...a week later I still hadn't recieved any payment...I called back again saying hadn't recieved payment said they would sort it and to give 24hours another 2 days later still not in bank so called again on hold for 25mins (they will have made more money back off me from calls) to be answered and be told that they where closed REALLY worse service ever I will NEVER purchase from studio again
They sell items they don't have. Take your money and fob you off with delay emails. I couldn't wait so I cancelled my order. 14 days! Which is ridiculous when you are not returning but canceling something they don't even have. What they do have though is my money 21 days later and counting. Customer service is shocking. Speaking from a script, cannot even do a refund on an item they don't have. Ask to speak to any department or line leader, team leader, management. They have been in a meeting discussing escalated cases for 7 days now. Fob off. It's a front for stealing money in my opinion. They sell items they don't have and hold on to your money. Make it impossible to speak to anyone who can refund. I now have a case number if it was a low cost item id cut my loses but it's not so I have to keep going and hopefully I'll get it back. Do not waste your money... Get on Amazon
I have no idea how this company are still allowed to trade. Ordered 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn't been dispatched. Delivery times on my confirmation email state 5-10 days.
Have spoken to numerous clueless people at customer service who all refuse to refund me DESPITE sending them screenshots of the consumer regulations that state I should receive a full refund as they have broken their 'contract' to me.

Answer: Once you finally get through they will keep repeating the same scripted and meaningless drivel then they hang up on you. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY!
