I participated in all 5 days of this special, and got access to the $25 dollar tickets on 3 of those days. I finally got the ticket on Friday, but on Wednesday and Thursday, every time I went to purchase the ticket, the option to put in my payment information was not available. I thought it would transition to another checkout page for payment but it just turned a lighter shade of blue and never let me through until the request timed out. The way that I finally got it to show was by trying 4 different internet platforms and when the sale started, only one showed an area for card info. Would recommend looking into this next year! Super thankful that you guys do this and it really is helping me this holiday season!

I waited 3 hours to get in for the promo deal, but I was finally in. I kept running into an error when trying to book the $25 deal for delta and American airlines (couldn't secure the tickets even on multiple flight paths). However, I was finally able to book the deal with United with a layover. I cant complain given that the flight was only $25 with the Amazon student promo! I'll now be able to visit my family in Phoenix for the holidays!

Student universe collaborated with Amazon and I was lucky enough to get a $25 ticket to go home and see my family for Christmas! I haven't been home in almost 2 years so this was so exciting for me. Really a holiday treat!
The problem most people have is once they refresh the page they are put back in the waiting line. Just keep the page busy so they dont kick you out; looking at different flights until its time for the prices to drop.

During the $25 sale the website is unreachable at all, even if you are just trying to view your itinerary or add/change things on your trip, you cannot do so until well after the tickets are sold out. If you try to call the support number you will be on hold for hours (not exaggerating). The reason I am rating a 4/5 is because they delivered on what said, they got me a $25 without much fuss. After that, everything else became a secondary issue.
