I heard about their business thru the Amazon 25$ flight deal, and it turns out they offer some discounts during the regular season too! It was super easy to book and I had my confirmation from the airline in less than a day.

Here for the $25 amazon flight ticket, which i was able to secure. After completing checkout it randomly refreshed my original flight page and made me purchase another flight (mine was gone, all of which i have video proof of). It also doesn't tell you how much travel protection is until you already check out which is also super shady. So I bought the duplicated flight to which the promo wouldnt apply to the flight when I had already bought it. Suddenly both flights are now showing under my trips page. So with the prime student "premium customer service" AND free cancellation within 24 hours AND my duplicated flight had travel protection. I called their number. I waited for HOURS and no one picked up the phone (supposed to be premium btw). I tried calling 3 separate times to which I just gave up and went along with the option for an agent to call me back. Hours later an agent finally did call me and told me that they could cancel my nonrefundable flight- which confuses me because on the SU site, AND airline site it said my flight was able to be refunded. My booking was literally 5 hours ago and ive been calling for 3 of that 5 hours. I told her that my flight was refundable and she told me that it wasn't but she could still cancel. I told her to just cancel it and I'd be contacting the BBB issuing a chargeback with my credit company because this is borderline sketchy practices. She went ahead with it and told me that she'll send me an email. Minutes later she calls me back saying that she made a mistake and that it was refundable- but she wasnt able to refund me the travel protection since it was for another company to which I said okay, I was fine with that. Then she told me when discussing the totals that my total refunded was $619 and some change (My entire purchase was $690 and some change) so I asked her where the other $40 went and she said that there was a $40 cancellation fee. Its splattered in fat bold words on the first page of the website that there was a free 24 hour cancellation, AND there was no problem cancelling it through the airline because I asked and the airline said it was also fully refundable so I'm not understanding where this additional fee is coming from. Needless to say I am getting further action involved and am not paying anything out of pocket for that scam flight. They really just want your money. Had it not been for the amazon offer, I would never step foot on this site and probably never would again even for a $25 flight.
Super easy and was allowed to get an awesome discount to go home for the holidays. Worked out very well and will definitely be using the student universe again.

It was very easy to search up and find flights, although a little inconvenient having a "waiting room" where times were longer than stated.
I was able to book my tickets as soon as I was let into the queue. I just wish they put how many people were ahead of me so I could know that the line was moving versus just see a page refresh every few seconds. I didn't have any glitches but was very happy that I was able to book my $25 flight :)

I joined the line queue at 11:45am Dec 9th. I had the tab open on my laptop. About two hours and a half later I got in and was able to purchase my $25 ticket. Do NOT manually refresh your page trying to get in.
The ticket was supposed to be priced at $25 but indeed it was $45 due to "seating fees." I later discovered the airline lets you choose you seat regardless so felt I could've saved $25. Nonetheless, a flight to New York for $45 is a great deal. Thank you.
