My only complaint is that during the $25 flights (which is a great opportunity and is appreciated), I spend the last 3 days actively waiting 3-4 hours before the expected release time, only to get the message "Come back tomorrow" and not let into flight booking. It was a missed opportunity, and I was given the chance to be a part of that event.

I live the process of selecting a flight the only problem I have with the service is you not really given all the options to cross book a flight like for instance I want to use delta to me destination and back JetBlue your not really seeing JetBlue as an option unless you select JetBlue to your destination but overall the experience was good
