However, the website was down for maintenance and I had to wait until just prior to the release to get into my account. Needless to say, the site was hammered immediately when the airline tickets were released. My strategy had been to have a few browser windows open, each searching for the trip parameters. For the next 20 minutes I received site too busy errors or spinning cursor. Just when I was about to give up the flight selection window came up. I grabbed a roundtrip home and back. Once selected everything went smooth as a hot knife through butter. An amazingly good check out experience.
