The customer service is uterrly incompetent. They lie directly to your face, and then play dumb when you come back and complain.
I had a flight credit from a canceled flight through Delta, but I had to call StudentUniverse in order to use it since I bought the flight from them. The customer service continually lied to me about getting in touch with Delta after I called them 3 times. They refused to help me on this, and I was not able to book the flight I had wanted due to their lies and lack of help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I purchased a $25 flight ticket through Amazon and Student Universe, but they failed to issue the ticket. It took two hours for Student Universe staff to answer my call, only to tell me the flight was sold out. However, I checked the airline's official website just a minute before the call, and the flight I wanted was still available.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. They wasted my time and energy, and I ended up having to book a ticket elsewhere at a much higher price. To make matters worse, they didn't even send me an email notifying me that my ticket wasn't issued—I had to discover it on my own.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend Student Universe to anyone.
$600 discount on tickets. I waited 2 hrs on call for customer service and never reached a representative which is why im giving 4 stars instead of 5. But after sending an email to them, I received a response instantly. Thank you to Student Universe
