I am absolute honored that I am able to go home for the holidays. It was a little glitchy at first but after a while it started to work and I was able to get a flight. It was quick and easy and the confirmation came right away!

Over an hour of queue time. Was told I would be emailed about the cost of a flight change that never came. When I called back my call was dropped, and I did not receive a call back forcing me to sit in an hour-long queue for a third time there the customer service rep was initially unable to find my reservation, and then when she did it took her an additional 20 minutes to find possible flight changes. Terrible overall experience. I definitely do not recommend if there is any chance you will have to call too switch flight as its impossible to get a hold of them
