I would not recommend booking with student universe, and do not purchase the insurance/"premium support". They charge extra and keep you on hold for HOURS. They also mention "cancellation refund" on their insurance but later claim your ticket is non-refundable (even if you cancel 7 days in advance) WOULD NOT USE THIS AGAIN. Disappointed!

I waited on hold for 30 minutes with no one answering the phone. SU is helpful when booking one-way tickets to Europe but the customer service is non existent.
