Good got the booking done at great deal compared to other brokers

I had a great experience with booking on student universe. Low fares during peak season & very quick booking process. I used it for the first time was little nervous first but I am glad I tried it.

Through Student Universe, I was able to book tickets at HALF OFF what I would usually pay to get them through the airline. With Student Universe, I'll be able to fly out for the holidays while saving a ton of money.

I tried to reserve exit row seats for a surcharge, but the seats were never assigned. Had to do this through the airline directly. No answers to multiple emails to StudentUniverse about it. I waited on hold for 30 minutes with no one answering the phone. SU is helpful when booking one-way tickets to Europe but the customer service is non existent.

I was able to get a ticket within my budget & the website was easy to navigate!

I found the best price for my travel compared to all major websites

I tried doing it on my laptop and there was no slot to put my card information so I had to do again and again
