Terrible customer service they have no live operators you can speak to for a billion dollar comps that's ridiculous. Had to email chat customer service and wait for their response which can take up to 2 business days and when they do respond they just give you the same generic answer and tell you there's a delay and they will look into it but don't respond I had an issue with tracking a package and finally after 4 days of solving the issue myself and receiving the package they email me and tell me they are still looking into it they really need to open a call center but of course it would cost them too much so they just prefer leave their customers mad

Got fake shoes and by time I could get them re authenticated the return window closed.

Tried to reach out about shoes I ordered, nothing fancy just a pair of dunks that were a hundred bucks, and they sent me tracking info saying it was delivered and refuse to answer me anymore. Now I'm out the $ and had to buy them elsewhere. So now they're 200 dollar dunks. Ridiculous

I found the item I was looking for at the advertised price. However, at checkout there were additional fees that raised the total by $45. That all seems quite steep.
Took 7 days to review my shoes. Denied and was told they were shipping back. It's been days and haven't received my shoes back. Keep being told to wait 2-3 days then after I get told to wait even longer. Horrible company. No phone number. May have actually stolen my shoes. Representative gives no info and keeps trying to get off chat with me. They have no phone number to communicate and chat is terrible and doesn't want to be bothered. Do not use this device
