I paid over $250 for a pair of Nike dunk shoes, which had a defect on them (photo attaches). They were supposed to be brand new. I reported it on their website, (sent photos which they requested) and I was then sent a shipping label. I followed all of the instructions to return them appropriately for a refund. The verified tag remained on the shoes. I returned the shoes the very next day from when we received them in the very same condition they were received by me. A week later I followed up on the return. Stockx responded that they rejected the return because they claimed to have found wear or use on the soles of the shoes. We did not wear or use the shoes when we received them as we noticed the defect on the side of the shoe. Again, they were supposed to be brand new. They sent me photos of the bottom of the shoes, looking brand new still but looked a little dirty (see photo). They claim they received them back with wear and use on the soles. Again, I returned the shoes to them in the exact condition that they sent them to me. I am extemely dissatisfied and disappointed with my very first experience with ordering/returning stockx. I would never have imagined that they would pull something like this and that expect me to accept a defective pair of Nike Dunks for $250 plus. I have responded to them requesting to speak with the manager or supervisor and have yet to be contacted. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
I used StockX to find 3 rare funko pop vinyls and am happy that I found them on this site. I was sceptical at the start but they are way more trustworthy than eBay. Bidding is nerve racking but I got pretty fair prices for my items. The delivery was quick and I'm happy that items are checked before they sent to me. I will definitely use them again

So far so good but I ordered some retro sixes and they didn't drop until May 24th I put the order in a week ago and now stock exit sending my money back I'll call that false advertisement

Starting 1 business day after the order is created, a Seller has 2 business days to ship the item (business days do not include weekends or holidays) unless specified during a promotion or new release. If a Seller fails to ship by their ship-by-date deadline, we would then step in and try to link the order with a new Seller at no additional cost to you, the Buyer! If a new Seller cannot be found or at the request of the Buyer opting not to be linked, a full refund will be processed.

Products take forever to come, they have a poor return policy, their customer service team is not cooperative and the products on here are more expensive than an actual verified store.

All great from beginning to end. The StockX website is clear and easy to navigate. The purchasing was simple and problem free. The communication concerning the parcels location and delivery day and time was excellent. Parcel arrived in perfect condition, all happy here!

Your team did not verify these shoes! No way no how! There is a clearly visible damage to the shoe near the laces on the left shoe the left shoe is also visibly curved wrong then when i put the left shoe on there is like a piece of metal poking me in my ankle area on the right side of the shoe!

I got my delivery after 3 days so nothing to complain about the shipping but the condition of the shoe (nike dunk low retro platinum white) was indeed not as I expectet it. There are some weird points on it.
Even with a fraudulent activity they still are going process the payment and make me pay for shoes I didn't buy. They have not shipped or anything so I don't understand why they can't stop the order. I was decent customer will definitely be taking my business elsewhere
