My information wasnt at all safe someone purchased some jordans 1 for 170.40$ and stockx didnt do anything i couldnt delete my pilling info or nothing i tried customer service but they still wouldnt remove my private information
Stockx is the only website i shop for shoes but now i know what stockx is about and now i know to never shop on this website from now on im only shopping at GOAT for my sneakers
It is outrageous that i had to call my bank in order to get my money back and even after this happened stockx still shipped the person who scammed me there shoes so in the end i had to get a whole new card i had to stop making purchases on the things i needed just so in the end the scammer still got what she/he wanted.

I will say that I have had many positive experiences on stockx, but 2 of my last 3 orders had visible and obvious stains/marks on the shoes that were authenticated. Buying a DS shoe should imply it is free from obvious imperfections. One order had significant stains of green on a tan shoe from the ink on the packaging paper. The last order has silver paint all over the sole. If the authentication team missies these issues, it makes me question how much they even looked at the shoe.

Ordered shoes for my husbands Fathers Day gift. Shoes arrived ahead of time, I waited a day or so to show him the shoes (I wanted to wait until Fathers Day) but something told me to go ahead and show him. He opened and was excited until he started inspecting the shoes and noticed a big crack and some missing paint in a few places. It's been a long difficult process to get a return label to return the shoes for a refund.
