Was sold fake shoes
March 2, 2021

Purchased a pair of True Blue Spizikes from StockX. Once received I look at them in the box and put them up. Decided 3 months later to wear my shoes had them on for maybe 2 hours and the whole shoe fell apart. The Jordan logo fell off of both shoes, the sole came completely off of 1 shoe and you could literally scrape the "paint" off the shoe. I contacted customer service who took no responsibility at all or tried to offer anything to make me whole. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

Item arrived damaged and stock x will take no responsibility to refund instead suggested I should resell on their site for less money and full selling fees. Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service. They should be ashamed

Customer service isn't great fees are more than any other shoe selling platform shipping times are unreasonable and the app is slow and they don't have new shoes dropping until they drop or a few days before.

Warning - Do not purchase from StockX - Scammers! I never written a bad review, here's the first! They send multiple e-mails with confusing and conflicting information. I bought a pair of shoes, got 5 e-mails giving me conflicting info. I thought I didn't win the bid, so I went and entered another bid. Few days later, I get multiple e-mails advising I'm getting both shoes. Contacted support to see if I can get one of the transactions cancelled before they ship the product. Any transaction is final, contacting support is USELESS! Support has no power, just e-mails basically saying "they cannot do anything". I'm warning everyone to please consider before clicking any thing to purchase. Better website and great support is "Goat".

Disgustingly negligent when it comes to data and information. They have not stopped harassing me with marketing emails, despite me unsubscribing numerous times. Troubleshooting this with them has been a nightmare! I begged to be forgotten and my info totally removed. And even now the marketing has stopped. Weeks later I still get constant emails asking me to open stockx and read all sorts of messages they keep sending me such as showing me the data they hold etc. JUST DELETE ME AND LEAVE ME ALONE

It's hard for me to believe that this site is not a scammer. I had purchased a ps5 through this site with Venmo. The money was taking out of my Venmo but no confirmation of purchase was given. Couple days pass money still out of account no confirmation email so I Reached out to customer service. Can only reach out through email. Hmm. I get a response back requesting a screenshot of it stating a purchased was made to stockx. So I did. Took a hot minute and a couple of more emails before getting an response to being told that the Payment was declined and that it should
Be in my account or contact Venmo and see if there is a possible hold. So I reached out to Venmo and they said it was successfully purchased. This doesn't make since. Stockx customer support is saying it's declined and Venmo is saying it was successful so who do I believe? I want my money or I want the ps5 that I purchased. The fact that I'm already paying more than what the ps5 market value is is ridiculous. Not a trust worthy site at all. What Scammers.

Inspect your purchase

Their one job if authentication. I've sold many times on stock x. First time buying, they sent the incorrect shoes. They'd sent the 2020 grinch when I've paid for the 2010 model. Customer service is only available via email and they were not helpful. Horrible experience, horrible company to purchase from.

I'm on my second business day after buying my ps5(4 days counting the weekend), and what they don't actually tell you is that the wait time is two days for the seller to ship to the middle man that you just paid top dollar, then you get to wait for the middle man to ship it to you. For the top dollar you pay, you could just as easily,(and probably less) get it elsewhere much quicker. I have it three stars, because I was willing to pay the amount, even if it's very similar to a black market loan shark. We'll see how long it takes for Mr. X to deliver, and I'll repost!

You cannot sell anything on StockX because the website that they outsource for their "payout" doesn't communicate back to StockX. So when you try and update payout info, you are out of luck. It's extremely glitchy. Use GOAT.

This site is a farce with inflated numbers and no rules on how that inflation happens. Don't compare yourself to the stock market with no governing body. I witnessed several times. From a friend of mine and myself that they change numbers based on nothing and allow the sellers to make fake bids. Driving the price of items through the roof. Customer service is trash you would hope for more with a company holding onto top shelf items.

This company is. SHAM

I purchased a very expensive pair of Air Jordans on this site. When they arrived they did not fit my daughter so I re-listed them on the site and purchased another pair at the correct size. The original shoes sold and we sent them to StockX. They then emailed us to let us know that the shoes we returned had not passed the Quality Assurance (QA). This was confusing since they had just come from StockX and were in EXACTLY the same condition. After way too many emails I finally received pictures of the 'wear' they claimed caused the shoes not to pass QA. I then asked for pictures from the QA BEFORE the shoes were originally sent to me - they conveniently do not have those pictures. This company is a sham. Do not do business with them.

FRAUD

No other way of describing this business but 100% fraud. Do not buy/sell here. They will "not sell" your product and instead say it is "unauthentic" when the shoes are clearly 100% dead stock. They will then charge a $15 return fee and then the shoes get "lost during shipping. This website should be taken off the apple store as it is legit a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I have sold several pairs of shoes on stockx and have yet to receive any of my money. The amount is well over 1500. 00 and it has been over a month. I have tried to contact them but there is no number and no email address. I will never sell on stockx again. Which is sad because I have to resort to other websites to sell.

Nervous at first

Alot of people give bad reviews but I have to say that I am very happy. I ordered a ps5 from stockx did not know what to expect at all. Yes over paid $700 bucks not to bad. But I must say I got my ps5 with no problems at all. And knowing that they verified the ps5 gave me a bit of calm. But overall awesome!

Purchased 2 Pairs of Jordans around the same time a Christmas Gift for my daughter and husband. Within 2 days the orders were a nightmare as they were delayed with shipping. I got the items just in time before leaving out of town for the Holidays. I quickly checked them, wrapped them, and moved on. My daughter's shoes we fine, but when my husband returned out of town and we did Christmas with him, he noticed a severe defect in the stitching of the shoes causing the front to wrinkle... No big deal right? We will contact StockX and they will make this right since it was an oversight... WRONG. They are refusing to do what's right and state after 3 days I have to accept something that I did NOT pay for. It was NOT listed in the details there was a defect and their "inspections" OBVIOUSLY DO NOT protect the consumer... GREEDY, IMPRACTICAL business. They do not protect the buyer at all and have a ridiculous policy. All tags and everything STILL attached and they still deny me customer service. I will never make another purchase from them again.

It is extremely radiculous unhelpful platform I have ever use!

StockX never deals with my inquiry since raised in Sep and now is Dec and still, no people deal with it. StockX keeps my Yeezy shoes without return it, it is a shame that such a big company provides this extremely poor service.

Like many others around Christmas time I was looking for the new Xbox series x and there were none at the stores. I did some research and found that Stock x was selling them with a markup. I looked up company and then decided to buy an x box series x from them. Paid $150 more than selling price so I could get one for my kids. When I completed order on December 22,2020 I was given a delivery date of January 5-January 15 for delivery. As I waited for the item to ship I read all the negative reviews and became very concerned. December 31st I received e mail that x box was verified and would ship soon. I received the x box today January 6 th and it was wrapped in plain box so no one would know what it was.
As of today you still cannot find the new Xbox at stores so I feel they provided me with what I needed as promised.
All the bad reviews scared me but StockX came through for us.
