I waited 2 weeks to hear that my order was canceled because the seller sent me the wrong size! I was pretty upset because I was really excited. But hears the thing, It happened twice after I waited a month for the size I wanted to be reposted! I give a 2 star and do not recommend it. The refund was very fast, coming in the next day. Good job on that.
I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 low Shattered Backboard Sneakers that were advertised as new. Upon opening the box, it was apparent that they were not new. The soles showed dirt on the bottoms and the sides showed slight scuffing. There was also slight scuffing in the area around the ankles. They were either extremely shop worn or worn at least once. Since these were a Christmas gift for my daughter, I showed her the shoes later that day and she did not want to keep used shoes. The same day they were received, I took the numerous photos required for the return, including photos of the tag that they attach, still attached to the shoe, and through emails the return was approved. Now the company is claiming that the tag was tampered with (removed), so the return is denied. If the tag was tampered with, it was by StockX after receiving the return to have a reason to return them. There wasn't even time to have worn the shoes. I ordered from this company before, without any problems, but now I will not order again because this is how the handle a problem. The tags seem to be a nice scam to deny returns. Even though I have photos showing it was attached, there is no way to prove it was that way when shipped. I am currently debating filing a complaint with the BBB to warn others.
There is no other comparable business when it comes to buying AND selling sneakers.
StockX is the best in the industry and provides great customer service for an operation this size.
I was skeptical at first, but not skeptical enough to place an order. Of course sucked into ordering a PS5 on 11/28. It took 16 days to receive and then another 8 days for them to verify. The unit 'shipped' on 12/20, but I won't receive until 12/30. What a joke. With disclaimers of delays for the holidays, I guess nothing I can do other than write a 1 star review, unsubscribe from their emails, and never use the site again...
I ordered a ps5 for my son on the 11th of dec after reading reviews and researching this company i decided to give it a chance because some of the reviews were unreasonable and you could honestly see what was going on minus a few cases. I know many that said just wait but i dont like chasing things so i purchased from them. By the 15th the seller shipped it. By the 19th it arrived at stockx fior authentication and sat at the shipping dock for pickup. It was picked up(i kid you not) by UPS on the 22nd early that morning. I got my package at 9:36am TODAY Its not even for me but i was ecstatic! I cant wait to see the look on my sons face when he opens it Christmas morning. Thank you to the seller and stockx. Woohoo
This company likes to take money off from customers without having to give any opportunity to return any merchandise at all. Even if you buy a pair of shoes and they don't fit. They want you to resell the shoes and pay their fees. I will not ever buy from this company any longer. I accidentally bought the wrong shoe size and now I'm stuck with the shoes!
I paid a ridiculous price in 11/27 to get the PS5. I bought it there because they said I would have it between the 8th and the 15th I plenty of time for Christmas. It is now the 22. It arrived at their warehouse from the seller on the 11th. They still haven't shipped it. If I wanted to have a PS5 after Christmas I could have gotten one for the retail price. I spent double to get it on time. And, worse yet, I stopped trying to get one from anywhere else. Now it's going to seem like cruel joke as my son unwraps the games he can't play and accessories he can't use on Christmas morning. Their customer service response is just empty excuses about COVID. All the other retailers I dealt with are in the same boat but everything else I ordered is here. Don't trust them.

StockX is only about taking your money. They DO NOT CARE about YOU as a CUSTOMER. They do what they want. I ordered from them and not even 5 minutes went by when I noticed it was the wrong size. I tried to change the size and there is no option to do so in pending orders. They have charged me and sent me the wrong size, after I told them they were wrong and not to send them. STOCKX is a horrible company and I WILL NEVER BUY another thing from them. I will make it my mission so that no one else does either. STOCKX is a crap company.
I ordered a PS5 on November 28th almost 4weeks ago $400 over market price. You can't speak to anyone as they make it difficult to contact. When I did contact them through chat they told me my item will be shipped in 3-5 days while the status is showing shipping delayed. This is unacceptable for a business to run this way. This was a Christmas gift and now I know I will not receive in time to send to my grandkids.
StockX.com is a reseller site that seems to be operating in the gray area of the law and taking advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Their isn't a clear answer as to if this company is dealing in stolen goods.
StockX works with sellers in a shadowy deal to double or triple charge customers for items that have been obtained in what could be nefarious fashion. StockX is unwilling to offer paying customers original proof of purchase. StockX seems to pray of the vulnerability the minority community by offering installment loans and popular hard to obtain sneakers.
StockX is attempting to mimic all that is bad about sites like eBay and none of the good like accountability, seller/buyer communication and trustworthiness. Many buyers have complained that StockX has shipped counterfeit shoes. It is also unknown if StockX is obtaining merchandise from outside of the United States.
StockX also does not have an actual terms and conditions policy, they seem to make rules as problems come up. For many of the products that this company sells they are unauthorized dealers, which means that the customer will not be covered if the product is defective or stolen (PS5).

I never write reviews, i needed the newest xbox for a last minute xmas gift, ordered it on December 11th and it arrived today December 19th, I was kept up to date on the progress of my order, I see some not so good reviews BUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
This has been the worse experience and there is no one you can speak to. Its a waste of money. They say shoes come within 9 days yet its been 9 days and my overly priced shoes haven't even been authenticated. Its a scam GOAT is 10 times better! Please DO NOT USE THEM
Ordered Xbox on 11/28 and still do not have the Xbox. Status on their site states delay to shipping partner. UPS said no delay on their end. I just want my son's Christmas gift that I paid a HUGE PREMIUM for. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke!

I bought a pair of what they called "Brand New" Adidas YZY QNTM (Lifestyle Model) for $496 after tax in September 2020. The shoes were NEW alright, but they did INTENTIONALLY not disclose the 'DEFECTIVE' part of them as shown in the attached picture. The back of the right side shoe had a few very noticeable dark spots on top of a slight discoloration. The left has one spot as well, but it was relatively better than the right.
When I contacted StockX about it and gave them the photos below, they said: that was due to the manufacturing 'mass production' process, and they had nothing to do with it, therefore, no refund would be given. And they told me to resell the shoes. Really? They expected me to spend $496 for those 'defected' shoes! But, I expected to spend $496 for a truly NEW and FLAWLESS pair of shoes. That pair was NEW alright but also with DEFECTS, which they didn't let me know ahead of time.
I had to ask PayPal for their help to go after StockX for weeks before they finally agreed to give me the refund. Thanks to PayPal.
So, before you buy anything from StockX, especially, those very expensive shoes, read every single line of their return policy, ask about the authenticity and cosmetic conditions of the product. Double check with the seller that his product is EXACTLY the same as shown in his picture. And SAVE those conversations as proofs.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas on November 29. They took the $$ from my bank account on that day. Got an email saying I should receive my item before December 15. Started getting nervous when the site NEVER showed that they received the shoes from the seller. FINALLY got someone to answer on chat (their "bot" sucks!) and he had to email me back because he had to have "3-5 minutes" to look into it. The only email I got was that they cancelled my order and would refund my $ within 3-5 days. Super disappointed --first time order and will not make that mistake again.

Weird number of packages missing or stolen. Never had this issue of stolen packages ever elsewhere, but 50% no exaggeration have been stolen with stockx
I placed my order Nov 23 and since then have had to get in contact with stockX to update my package 3 times. Wasn't alerted of a mishap with first seller so had to get new seller. Now my package is expecting even more delays and hasn't updated in over a day again. I wanted thes shoes by a specific date and trusted stockX. I will never again shop there.
I purchased an XBOX series X console from Stock X and I am aware of their shipping requirements. I have sold shoes through them and have been well versed in the very specific shipping requirements they employ. So I was surprised to receive the XBOX in a huge box with 6 inches or more of dead space on 2 sides with absolutely zero bubble wrap or any other protection. I can almost guarantee the item is broken, I mean banging around in transit for a week with no protection isnt great for an intricate electronic item. Furthermore, although they advertise customer service 7 days a week when I used the "chat" function on the website I was told immediately it would take a few days for them to respond via email. That means no replacement by XMAS. No help, no quality customer service, and a broken $900 item to boot. I will never use StockX again, for anything, ever. They are a FRAUD!
