I ordered shoes well over a month ago and they have been en route to stock x for over 3 weeks and no one will answer me emails or anything! For a multi million dollar company they sure like to f&$k people over and have no interest in returning any emails! I will never do business with this site ever again! Stay away! I have contacted the better business b, and will make a huge deal out of the lack of professionalism and utter careless ness for their customers!
So bad experience with this plataform. I used twice one ran well (ralph lauren backpack), and then I used it to sell one louis vuitton belt. Shipped inside a bubble plastic inside one box with original box, dust bag and the receipt. Left it on UPS office, some days later I received the confirmation that item arrived at Stockx Warehouse and 4 days later received one email saying that I sent empty box without item. They sent 2 pictures from box, someone stole the box and the belt leaving the original invoice from Louis Vuitton. Contact customer service and already passed 5 days and no answer from my last email.
Please save your money and time! My package was lost in the mail. Both USPS and DHL acknowledge they do not have the package and it was not delivered. StockX is requiring that I file a police report in order to continue the claims process. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please, if you value your time and money and order somewhere else!
I purchased a PS5 for my son. Price total was $1024. 34 item was apparently authenticated and everything. The item was shipped via FedEx. What I didn't know was that StockX requires no signature on any deliveries regardless of amount. Needles to say my son PS5 was delivered outside and stolen. I submitted a police case number and video from my neighbor of package being stolen and StockX does nothing. I would never recommend ever

I bought a ps5 from them and messaged them multiple times that they haven't shipped it yet but they promised me it was still coming by December 2nd. I was even told to not message so much. And now they found out they forgot to ship it and it will take much longer. I am going to fight the charges and ask for either a full refund or ask for my money back on their ridiuclous price for services price. I hope they go out of business soon and someone better steps in.
Extremely disappointed, this was my first experience with StockX and I had never heard great things prior but was desperate for the new console. Upon spending over $350 of retail price they also charged $100 for shipping and had, in a statement on their site, that their shipping "is fast and reliable a 5-7 day guarantee" which I had hoped was true seeing that they charged me $100 for it.
However, weeks go by and I find out "oh sorry we didn't notify you but the original seller didn't send your console, we will get you another seller." After doing that I am now almost 30 days from the day I purchased and have no information, not on "my account" on their site nor from emails on the whereabouts of my console.
Just check reviews everyone. This is a scam. They claim they have "customer service" but I'm out close to a grand because I trusted a site that isn't legit and doesn't care as long as they have their money. Pandemic or not, other companies and businesses have notified their customers of shipping standards which I can empathize and be understanding of. However, There is no excuse for lying to your customers and over charging for services you cannot follow through on.
I had no idea you they didn't accept returns when I purchased my sneakers, I got a pair of Jordan 3 size 6 women's and the right foot is much smaller than the left one. I only put the shoe on to try it, I have never worn them before, I bought them for almost $200. StockX allows you to resell them but it was only letting me resell them for $65. No way am I reselling them for $65. If you are thinking of buying on StockX don't. Only buy form places you can return shoes. I had seen some reviews claiming StockX sells fakes and I'm starting to think the left foot is real and the right is fake. Is that even possible?
As a frequent StockX customer I had a bad experience and will no longer purchase from this shady company. I ordered a pair of shoes for my GF on a Sunday. Within an hour of purchase she informed me the size was wrong. I tried contacting customer service which is impossible since they don't have a telephone number. I emailed them and they said all sales are final. I told them I just needed to change size but they won't allow. C'mon it's Sunday and the order hasn't even been processed yet. Bye StockX. Can't cancel your order, doesn't matter the situation. Extra fees. Product to deliver 14-30+ days. Out of all the 5 legit websites that sells stuff online other than Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Best Buy. StockX is probably the last place you want to visit if EVERY store shut down. Your paying double the price of one item and will receive it within 14-30 business days and get the wrong item. If your looking for authenticity this is your website, but your waiting for a good 20 days of delivery. Along with being unable to cancel any order purchased, cannot contact seller, and they sell products that are not even out yet. For example, scalpers that are selling PS5 consoles double or triple the price $900-$1,500 USD. The company or website gives the seller a good 7 days before a deadline fee. So during those 20 days wasted of your life waiting, you could of bought it somewhere else. The website doesn't notify or have good features to explain much about them. Which frustrates many new people that are in rush like I.

Wir sprechen nicht über $50 Schuhe nein, es handelt sich um Schuhe die $800 gekostet haben, im Internet aber zu finden sind für $160.
Fazit, wer den Fehler NICHT findet und den Schuh so akzeptiert, verliert ganz viel Geld und STockX lacht sich in die Faust und profitiert. Ich nenne die ABZOCKE Pur.

Shipped a pair of sneakers to StockX for them to broker to another buyer. Once my pair of sneakers arrived at StockX (Confirmed with UPS). It took them 10 days to "Receive" the order for processing... 10 days after they arrived, another 7 days for them to determine that the pair of shoes had been worn... Even though they have been sitting on display at my shop since day 1. It's now been 5 days since StockX has said they would ship my product back and it has yet to be picked up by UPS. AVOID.
My 16 year old son purchased some trainers from stockX. Trainers arrived absolutely fine. He wore them for 2 weeks and they deflated. He asked for an exchange which they agreed to. They then emailed to say out of stock. They are now stating unless we can provide photos with the original tags they will not refund. They have taken all of his birthday money and will not refund. Avoid at all costs.
They lost my item I sent in for resale and blamed me for it?! You believe this!?! These guys are crooked thieves! BEWARE! If something Bad happens you'll never hear from them! Thats when customer service and accountability is most important. Read all the reviews especially the bad ones because they put the blame on the rest of us and take no accountability. They think just because they did what they say they'll do isn't special- thats what we hire you for! But its only when something goes wrong and how a company responds is what separates Nordstrom from Walmart.
Besides the absurd fees for selling/buying, I ordered a pair of shoes last week that said they got delivered. Never received the item, reached out to stockx who said they wont do anything unless I file a police report. Now we have package lockers, packages CAN NOT get stolen. Its impossible. But they insisted several times they wont help me until I file a report. I stated mulitple times its not stolen its probably in a facility somehwere and you guys have all the backend info! After over an hour of digging I figured out UPS (they normally use DHL and support wouldnt tell me who shipped it) left a 'note to pick up' slip at concierge and never notified me so the shoes are fine, just sitting in a storage facility down the road from me. The customer service aspect was abysmal. Just stonewalled my requests for info after paying $300 for shoes and absurd fees. I will never, ever use them again and I suggest you do the same
The customer service is severely lacking: extremely delayed responses, my first inquiry submission was never even replied to, I had to write to them twice! They do not fully answer your questions and divert blame back onto the customer.
They grossly overcharge for shipping and then use a shipping service that will charge you again almost double what you initially paid!
Their website is deceptive: they list CAD as prices yet actually it's USD and they surprise you with the exchange rate on your credit card statement.
There are so many issues ordering through this website that I will NEVER order here again.
AND my order took TWO MONTHS to arrive!

Paid asking price for a pair of foamposite "swoosh all over" and received them in about 10 days. Open box and shoes are in new condition. Not a thing wrong with them. Shoe box was in good condition. Was worried about them because of all the bad reviews. I guess im one of the lucky ones. Thanks stockX and thanks to FedX.
