I only awarded four stars because I needed to use customer service in the first place; I was sent several items that were extremely similar to ones I had been sent in previous boxes. However, the representative I spoke to was clearly intent on making sure that I was satisfied, which is very gratifying!

I've really enjoyed the boxes I've received so far but the user experience on your website isn't ideal.
For example, is there a place to look to see what was in previous boxes? Also, the lack of visibility in returns is a bummer. I have no idea if the duplicate pair of jeans you sent made it back you. I sure hope so.
Overall great service just wish the technology piece was stronger.

Pretty sure i updated my box wants and didn't want slip on dress shoes any more, Box weak because they sent me or highlighted these stupid slip ons in my box. If i get another box like this I am done

The clothes are great quality. They clearly take into account my profile and feedback and provide great options. I'm more confident in all work and social settings and have received several compliments.

I was hoping to get more business casual clothes that I could wear to a formal office and wear the same outfit to go out later. I've asked for old money & sleek looks, but I haven't gotten what I've envisioned so far. I really liked a few items like the button downs and the jacket, but haven't liked a single pair of pants that i've received. Items feel boxy and not fit for a slim, fit build.

I have really liked many of the items sent -- particularly the shoes. However, nearly every polo I received and a few other items don't match my personality or style at all. Frankly, many of the items appear to have come straight off the 90% off discount rack - and they are ugly...no where near current style.

I have not been overly happy with the clothes and shoes I have received to date. The service was advertised as more of an up market option for these types of services, however the first box was not that. After another styling meeting I asked for more dress clothes and it continues to be more casual in my mind. The shoe selection is very poor.

The shirt and jacket sizes sent to me have mostly been too small. The shoes have been a nice surprise. The watches are junk. Overall just a so so experience.
