Great Clothes!

Great experience using this service! I am very pleased with the fashion selections my stylist sends me. My wardrobe has gone through a much needed fashion update at a very affordable cost. So glad I found out about this service, it is exactly what I needed!

As a person who was a horrible dresser, Stately has completely changed how people look at my style. I have gone from being t shirt same pare of jeans hoodie and baseball cap guy. To constantly getting compliments on how I dress! Thank you for reviving my style when I had no idea how!

Waiting on box.

It's june 30th, I was charged on the 18th and no word of any box. Not even an email. Can't give a good review if I don't get goods paid for.

This is because we order items from our brand partners and once they arrive at our fulfillment center they are curated into a box just for you and sent out. Incredible stylist

I love when I receive my box and see all these super stylish pieces that I would probably never buy while shopping for myself, then try them on and look absolutely amazing. My stylist has an impeccable ability to nail it every delivery. Totally recommend to everyone. 10/10!

Could do better

I'm not a very stylish guy, and I know it. That's why for a year now I've been entrusting Stately to send me exquisite clothes that I'd be proud to wear. Unfortunately, I don't feel that I'm getting my money's worth. I get a lot of duplicates, a lot of colorless shirts (boring!), And only once did I receive a pair of shoes. I certainly am able to put together some nice outfits now, but I feel my dollars could've been spent better elsewhere.

We are so sorry you only received shoes once, it looks like you were on our Luxe plan and shoes unfortunately are not included in every box. Your stylist do try their best to send them in every 4-5 boxes depending on inventory availability. If you would like shoes in every box we highly recommend the Regal plan since this plan, as well as the Presidential plan comes with shoes in every box! There was a point during the winter months I was getting the same style of clothing but just different colors. Also they sent me winter clothes when summer months had already hit my area

Clothes don't fit my style

Same items I dislike keep coming tried Over and over to send back duplicates and disliked item only to keep getting kicked out of site if the next box is 40 percent usable intend to cancel

It's been a long time since I've used a virtual stylist to enhance my wardrobe. After seeing a few ads from Stately, I finally pulled the trigger and gave them a try. I am very clear on my likes and dislikes when it comes to fashion and made a point to personalize my style profile; in the past, with a different service, I would receive items that were not my style but it was cheaper to keep them than return. I received my first box and I was very happy with the quality, the fit and the style of the clothing. A personal note from my stylist, Emanuel, was a great touch to help pair the items I received in the box.

Always high quality/great brand merchandise, but some are just just my style. I have reached out a few times to get access to the more specific curated option, but I was told it's only for new customers. I have also asked about quantities between the different membership levels and didn't get a favorable answer. Just a little more flexibility will put this product into a class of its own.

Overall, I've enjoyed receiving some new clothes and looks that I probably wouldn't have chosen for myself. Not everything has been a homerun, but most I've enjoyed trying out. My last order I was slightly disappointed because I thought I chose a combo that included a pair of light green pants. But instead the pants were Navy (my 3rd Navy colored pair). They're great pants, so it's a small disappointment. However, the biggest letdown is that I've had a couple shirts that are 100% cotton that have shrunk too small after the first wash and I've only gotten to wear them once. So I'll just give them away.

Doesn't Feel Customized

For three months in a row I received a long sleeve grey polo. Exchanging the items was easy however it seemed like the items were not chosen and selected for me. I also provided feedback that I wanted jeans, no socks and preferred solid shirts. Those requests are mostly not met. I enjoy many of the clothes that I am receiving however it does not feel like things are being styled or picked out for me.
