I have tried to work with you guys and even told you that if you don't get it right that I would move to another company. I stopped for a while because I continued to get a watch and a belt and a man can only have so many of those. I have provided my sizes and the shirts are always so big because you switch brands, etc. I spoke with support about 10 days ago and they scheduled a call and no one called me on the time agreed.
So yes, I cannot continue to do this.
I like the service and the cloths.The part I don't like is I find it difficult to understand the emails.i get them and it seems they are more for new clients than people who already have a plan.Everytime I try to navigate thru it it toy's to sign me up for a plan when I already am a member.

I was a Stately subscriber 3-4 years ago and didn't love the clothes or the fit and canceled my membership. I have not just liked but loved everything in every box since joining again.

It seems that whoever picks my clothes does not take under consideration my notes.
I'm very clear when I state that I wear slim fit clothes and I still get baggy clothing.

I wish you can stick with the same stylist. I enjoyed my first 3 boxes so much. The 4th was lackluster except for my request of the suit. I asked for no floral patterns and got multiple items with them.

My work demands I have a certain look but my schedule doesn't allow me to have the time to create a wardrobe. Stately has sent me 4 boxes. I have sent nothing back. They have given me the chance to wear many things I would have never considered otherwise.

Good service. The turn around time for approving returns could probably shorten. I expect it's a manual process that could be automated. The items and sizes are usually very good but sometimes things don't fit. I recognize that I am notoriously difficult to size as I'm between sizes and my feet are two different sizes. I appreciate the good customer support and I enjoy the customized approach. Box presentation is a chef's kiss.

I was for sure skeptical prior to my first purchase. That being said... I have since made 5 different orders from the Regal plan!
For me, if I had to pick my own clothes I would always get the same type of clothes... using this service it forces to to get clothes that I wouldn't normally buy for myself. However, the stylists have yet to disappoint... before using this service I never got comments about my style... now I always have people mention my clothes! If you look good you feel good and it's so true!
I've never used another service other than Stanley but why would I need another when I was fortunate enough to find this one? The loyalty program they have is cool and they do lots of promo codes that allow you to get extra stuff.
The last note I would touch on is just the Quality of the clothes! You can customize the look you get from professional to casual! I love having access to stylists who know exactly what the current clothing fads are and makes me look what I'm doing!

I'm just over the moon about this company and it's customer service! I've been a member for 4 months now and have LOVED every piece of clothing I've received! My last order was damaged and wet upon arrival (usps). I let the company know and within minutes they were handling it! They set the standard for Customer service! I will tell everyone and anyone to subscribe! I LOVE THIS COMPANY!

I'm a 35 waist and I haven't been given a pair of pants that actually fit. Also, some of the shirts, polos and t shirts shrink after a few washes. I do like the styles that have been chosen for me, I just wish they fit better.
So sorry to hear the sizing wasn't the best George! We will be sure to share this feedback with our brand partners since we do not carry a 35" waist for the pants and shorts our brand partners allow us to order. We will be sure to try to expand our sizing in the future so we can make sure to accommodate more sizes.
This was a great Stately box! The selections all fit well and coordinate nicely. I truly think the box designers really "get it" when it comes to my style and needs. And the service seems to get better and better. Exchanges, option to pre-select, and bonus items. This service is a great value!
