I suspended my June delivery and received confirmation it was suspended. I then received an order…with wrong sized items despite the profile not changing. I suspended my July delivery and received confirmation it was suspended. I then received an order confirmation. I have received almost exact items multiple times (including shoes, belts and shirts). I have requested repeatedly NO SWEATERS yet I received in the winter. You have lost my $300 / month.
Very good. Looking for more options on business attire such as blazers, slacks, men's suits.

Shipment was lost at UPS. During several text and emails, I could not convince anyone to just send another shipment. Finally they did.

Stately is a great service and it offers me a lot of variety, especially with fashionable casual clothes. I receive items that I would not normally buy for myself and that has been great. The only drawback is that I receive several of the same auxiliary items, such as watches. The watches are great but I don't need 5 of the same style.
Other than that, all is pretty good.

I like the clothes but just wish the clothing brands were more diversified. Additionally, they send things that are unreturnable which can be frustrating especially if the don't fit.

I for the most part liked it, but it always felt like you were dumping out of season clothes on your subscribers. And you would send me things that I specifically asked to not get. I had the top level and so I just decided to cancel. Too much money to have the wrong colors and sizes and clothes I couldn't wear for six months until the weather changed.

I have been trying to contact you on the web site with no success, my pant size changed and I keep getting the same old size and to return an item is a night mare
The last 3 pants I received are big and baggy

The only thing I want to add is I changed my shoe size to 10 but they keep sending me 10.5
Thanks for the feedback Christopher! We went ahead and made a note for you to make sure to send the correct shoe sizes. Sometimes if shoes run small we will size you a half size up, but if we do we will make sure to notate this for you.
Sometimes the selection is nice, and sometimes the selection isn't. Quality isn't that great as clothing wears out extremely fast.

The boxes are getting better and better due to my stylist listening to my requests. I'm in my 50's but look like I'm in my 30's so I sent a picture of myself with an outfit and the stylist took it from there and I've been very comfortable ever since. I'm enjoying the curated boxes that come monthly, except for the socks! I don't wear socks, and even put it on my profile "No Socks!" They're wild to begin with, but they keep showing up in my boxes. Otherwise, I do enjoy what I've received so far.

First, I like paying and keeping what I get. For the most part I have liked the product and most have fit well. My biggest issue is I live in a warm climate state and in both June and July I received boxes with long sleeves and long pants. Obviously in a warm climate these are not appropriate in summer. I have now left two comments and still receive them. The clothes I have kept I am very happy with.
