Their ads for two pair of glasses for $79.99 is FALSE. I advised my friend to go there based on their ad. His glasses cost him $280 for basic glasses. My granddaughter went there and I had to help her pay the $430 they charged her for basic glasses. Looks like a bait and switch operation to me.
I Bought some Prescription lenses about six months ago I went in to the store to get my glass cleaning bottle refill. After getting My bottle refilled I Asked The Lady for a New Case To Clean My Glasses it's a Rag Case So She Said They We're Out Of Them & The Drawer Was Open & You Could Clearly See They Had Some In The Drawer But Lied About It After Spending over $600.00 That's The Way I Was Treated I'd Bought One From Her My Name Is Joseph Rodriguez & I Hate Liars
Booked an appointment online only to have it canceled the day before because they overbooked. That took them a week to figure that out. Booked another online and did not receive an email confirmation for several days so I called them only to find out they didn't have my appointment in the system and the day I needed the appointment was now booked. Don't even bother with them. Terrible company. Take your business elsewhere.

I haven't been there but I heard that you require mask? Well let me tell you that masks are no longer required and not necessary. Are you gonna Deni someone rights to see clearly or are you gonna be afraid the rest of your life?
Horrible service. The manager was super rude and one of the staff members were rude to me too. They use false advertising for same day glasses when they are not available. They wait until after you make payment to tell you you won't get your glasses that day. They refused my money back after. They lie about the terms and conditions I paid almost $100 and they tried to say they would give me $40 back (less than I have paid proof of for the glasses I had bought.) my issue still is not resolved. I'd definitely try Walmart vision they were super nice to me after this horrible experience. Still going to get some more legal advice on what I should do
Called to see if my glasses were ln and the woman was very rude to me and acted liked she didn't wanted to be bothered I bought 3 pairs of glasses from them never again I spend hard earned money there and get treated like that I will go do business elsewhere
Sales manager Chadwick Warren, Go see him he's went above and beyond for his customers. I ordered my glasses on line and everything was wrong with them and I went and seen Chadwick and he fixed everything wrong and was very polite and accommodating me.

My husband got an exam, got glasses and could not see out of them. Paid to have another exam done somewhere else and the prescription was totally different. Our Stanton has only virtual visit. Be very aware of those visits. We are now out over 350.00. Cost for two exams and glasses that had to be redone. And Stanton told me too bad, we will not reimbursement for incorrect prescription. BOOO! Be very cautious.
Everyone that I talked too, said we can do another exam, the doctor was not even in the same building or state.
Called their 1877# to check on an order placed & paid online.
Couldn't find my order plus overcharged the credit card.
But hard to understand 1st customer service rep (also rude) -asked to be transferred. Next rep better English and more helpful. They did finally change charges back to original quote/payment.
Still waiting on order- then state they can't find order promised to us by March 28,'22.
I had a great experience from time i walked thur the doors until the time i was finished with everything and headed home! The ladies that checked me in and pre tested me where Amy & Teresa and the doctor was Dr. Hoyle and he is a GREAT EYE DR! Also the Woman Helping me Order my glasses Brook! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

I stopped by to asked questions about the cost of bifocals no line glasses. I was quoted a price of $144 however when I got there they added this they added that they added this and it was nearly $400. I am a senior citizen I certainly did not like the eye exam being done remotely I was not told this or I would not have been in there. I went to pick up my glasses and I have no idea where those frames came from because they were certainly not the frames that I chose. I had to go back to get another pair of frames. Now these glasses have a film over the left lens and you cannot see out of it nor remove it. I am very dissatisfied.
THE TEAM at Stanton Optical! They are an array of Sunshine! Always greeted with a Hello, with a smile! Most of all they always listen using their expertise, engaging with functionality as well as fashion no matter how many frames you want to try on! Kayla, LaShonda and the entire staff,

I went into Stanton Optical in Farmington, N. M. today and my daughter and I walked in and the employee behind the counter asked how can he help us and proceeded to tell him we were there for a replacement frame and had an appointment, he said something to the fact that he didn't ask why were there with an unwelcoming attitude. My anger level fired up and sternly told him "Don't be rude!" He didn't even say he was sorry and told us to have a seat. I was really trying to keep my cool, I immediately texted my wife and told her this guy is a JERK because I had to vent my anger this guy awakened in me. Luckily we were helped by another employee, and come to find out this idiot claimed to be the manager, what a joke. His character and his job title are in two different worlds, this idiot shouldn't be a manager of anything, he's still an immature little boy trying to play a mature mans role. His name is Michael Walker, he has no clue on what customer service is, I feel sorry for the store to have an employee that treats customers like he did to me. I've been coming to this store for a number of years and have always had a satisfactory experience, but today this IDIOT ruined it. I don't feel like coming back to this store anymore because of him and how I was treated by him. I will be contacting his boss and letting him know about his "manager." I hope Michael Walker wakes up one day soon and realizes this position of "manager", come with a whole lot more of responsibility than just opening and closing the store, it's all about great customer service, PERIOD.
6 months ago I bought 2 pairs of glasses totaling 1400. I got transitions on both. Used one pair till transions started bubbling and peeling. I got my other pair out to use two weeks later it is bubbling and rippling. I went in to store to ask about the problem with my glasses but they couldn't help me as it was past 30 days. They could fix the glasses for 200 each. But they should have been able to last more than 2 weeks before falling apart for the price I paid. I would not reccomend this place.
I experienced Excellent Customer Service. 3 employees assisted with finding the frames that I wanted. Jedd went above and beyond with his extreme search and eventually find exactly what I was looking for. I bought eyeglasses and sunglasses. The sunglasses seemed not quite right so I went back on 2 occasions where they checked the original prescription and the glasses for any issues. No issues found. The manager Stephen reordered new lenses anyway. There is an improvement in the new lenses.
So the City, County and State of NC have removed mask mandates. I walk-in for a scheduled appointment and am immediately attacked by a young lady who said I could not even stand inside unless I put on a cheap,. 39 cent paper mask in a open box that everyone has been putting their hands in. I explained I had a medical exemption and she said it didn't matter I must leave now. I tried to call the corporate office number on the sign but it is not in service.
Stanton Optical has a wide variety of frames to choose from. Friendly staff, they went above and beyond. I was the last customer and my appointment ran a few minutes over closing time. They did not mind, they continued assisting me until I completed my purchase. I highly recommend Stanton Optical in Shreveport LA.

After multiple trips to the store to have my lenses put back in the frames I have learned that the glass was cut too small so the screws cannot hold it…. Even with insurance I am forced to buy an entire new set of glasses…. Just terrible…. Now to add insult they are sending then to the wrong store.
