I've worked in customer service for over 30 years. I was trained to put customers first and to sincerely resolve issues quickly and satisfactory. Currently this culture in most cases has been extinct not at Stanton. Every year I order glasses and contacts which can cost a pretty penny, even with insurance. Case & point 1-I had gone to get my contact exam and went back to get my glass exam, reason being my insurance will ONLY pay for one or the other. So I was prepared to pay out of pocket. NOPE not here. I was told that when I got my contact exam two months prior that it covers glasses. WHAAATTT you say! 2. the associate worked with me on getting two of my frames (repurposed frames) with lenses that was cheaper than going thru my insurance. Mind blown! Above and beyond what I would/could expect. 2-went to pick up my frames and they told me they have scratched one of the frames and for me to go and pick a frame and they would put my script in them for FREE. Proactive and think of the customer. The damage was minimal but the fact they would do this gave them major points. My eye wear journey has always been expensive. I have always expected to pay crazy money but to go to a company that helps the customer save money, holds themselves accountable for mistakes and generally wants the customer satisfied is unheard of in this present day. The icing on the cake was they gave me a lamented card with my script for future used which is so smart. They thought of everything. I have been singing their praise every since.

I went to the Staton Optical in Jupiter. After my Opthomologis told me it would be two weeks to get glasses with a new prescription, I went to Stanton and got them the same day. They have a lab on site and made them within 2 hours. Couldn't be happier. And they were sooo friendly, too!

Don't do it we have a bad experience with them never no more. First they had to order the glasses and it took 14 days to come in to the store and two days after picking them the nose guard broke off and the prescription was wrong. We took them back for a refund and they told us it would be 30 days to receive a refund not me I will not wait 30 days are they going to pay our bills because he can't work without his glasses. And I have the receipt for how much we paid for the glasses in cash not a check or credit card but hard own cash

My husband and I both got glasses from Stanton. His glasses came in correct the first time. Mine it took more than one time but Stanton compensated me by giving my a pair of sunglasses free. I would go there again when I need glasses.

Definitely great and would recommend quality work

I told them i dont need there eyeglass i orderd 2 hrs ago n ask for refund they said you will get your cash back in 2-3 weeks, its now more than 3 months i called them more than 10times nobody is willing to refund my money. Avoid this place by any means.

I made an appointment to visit the N Military location in West Palm Beach. Once there, I found out that they DO NOT ACCEPT Medicare or Medicare Advantage insurance. Waste of my time.
Plus... this is a seedy location, next door to a 'check cashing' business, so that tells you the kind of bad location this is.

I've attempted to speak to a manager regarding my son's contacts and I've been promised that I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. It's now on day 5 and still no word! We asked that his contacts be shipped to the Lubbock office from the Abilene office and it's been two weeks since the contacts arrived in Abilene and they have not shipped the order yet. When I attempt to call them, I speak to someone who assures me they will return me call within 24-48 hours. Vicious cycle! Definitely DO NOT recommend them!

I was greeted and acknowledged by several pple! I believe his name was Jacob at first, and then Susan came along! I felt so welcomed bcse so many were available to help and I was really getting into ther help I wad getting from Susan at first! She IS so fun to pick out frames w/! She was very honest and by the time we were done I was so satisfied w/ my choices! I cannot tell u how happy I was for all of her help and patience while helping me! Everyone was willing and and so darn nice to b around! I am super excited to get my phone call to go pick up my 2 new pairs of glasses! Shld b any day now! Devin was my final destination of the getting my glasses finalized and ordered and he wrked me up an AMAZING deal on the two frames and the good ideas of protective lenses and other things that wld make my new ladies amazing and last! I got such an amazing steal of a deal it was such a great deal I wondered if I shld just run out the door bcse it was truly a steal! I want to thank the entire staff for all their willingness to b helpful and make my experience the utmost pleasure and awesome in value! Great fun while doing important business! Thanks for making sure I was completely satisfied Stanton employees! I'll add some photos after I get my glasses! See ya soon!

I have visited MANY physicians and businesses for exams and eye wear needs for over 20 years. STANTON OPTICAL is the only provider I have returned to for repeat care. I have visited this location 3 times and have received exceptional professional service every single visit. Kelly is a store associate/manager and her efficiency and knowledge is very much appreciated. Next appointment I will request her services specifically.

They suck they lie about the prices for the glasses and the exam they claim my sons eyes were so bad rhey wouldn't sign off on his prescription took him somewhere else no issues then my daughter never wore glasses at all said here eyes were horrible they prescription they gave her glasses had her head hurting first night took her back that exam was worse then the first then their was me they gave me contacts in a bag didn't have me try them on or anything then I couldn't even see out of them had me do another exam then said the Dr couldn't change the prescription had to email another about that so why even do the exam then said they would call by Monday its Thursday nothing then everytime I call customer service hangs up just awful I will never use them again and I'm out of 500 dollars for a trial pair of contacts glasses my daughter can't wear never again

The worst eye glass place. I needed new lense my where scratched I called had to make APPOINTMENT because they did not have record of what i bought 6 mo ago then they told me it would be an additional 20 dollars on top of 20%charge for the replacement lens what a rip of. So I made an appointment for tomorrow to go there. They told me i would not have to wait. Ican't wait to tell them in person how pist off i am

Nice people and we're helpful when i was looking for new frames. Facility was clean and masks were not required

I just got my first exam for my first pait glasses on 75th and Dodge Street in Omaha Nebraska. Carol Anne, Alyssa, and Angie are awesome! I spent more time in there than I should've but working together they they made sure not only I made the right selection but that I would alsolook good in my glasses!
