Pretty good experience but disappointed by 2 things:
1) Although the package has been delivered at Stackry warehouse in Noshua, I did not get a notification from your Back Office. So I didn't check, no one would tell me that my package is ready to ship for France? That's odd to say the least.
2) pricing for shipment overseas. I would imagine Stackry could get a better deal with the shipment companies (Fedex, DHL etc) considering the volume of shipment you guys do?
I hope the goods will be delivered safe and sound and on time at my home address in France.

The site works well. My only reservation is that my password appears to have changed.
The over-the-phone service is fine. There is one lady that is consistently rude. It's gotten to the point where when I call and hear her, I hang up and will call later in the hopes of someone else picking up because I do not want to deal with her. This is not okay for business.
Great service but shipping is very expensive unless it's global mail. I regularly ship fedex from US for much lower prices.
Usually everything is fine, I just had a very big headache with one issue once.
