I live in London, and I needed to order some trousers from dcshoes.com but they didn't deliver to the UK.

After researching tons of freight forwarding companies I came across Stackry, so I decided to give them a try and I was proper impressed by their service.

Basically they gave me my own USA address which I used when buying my clothes from the online retailer, so when I ordered my clothes they got sent to a locker at this USA address.

Stackry then notified me that my online orders had arrived, I then wrote the details of my product and selected the shipping which was around £20 which was a bargain!

Received parcel in UK the next week! Was absolutely impressed beyond belief.
Don't forget you always have to pay customs when your parcel arrives in the UK.
Anyway I have now recommended Stackry to so many people.

I use stackry since a while to order from US shops or ebay sellers that do not ship directly to germany. I even use stackry if sellers DO ship to germany, because the shipment cost of a seller that ships to germany will be added to the bill. The limit to pay no customs and no tax for US items sent to germany is EURO 22. So i better let deliver items to stackry and pay usually no tax for destinations in the US and pay stackry, because the shipment cost of stackry does not appear on the seller's bill. The german customs doesn't calculate just the price of the item but the complete amount e.g. item's price AND shipment cost so it's fine if there is no shipment cost of the seller.

I help support an international sales force that travels to the USA a significant bit. Many have used these services and I have become the person to work with these package forwarders to best meet their USA shopping needs.

We have found success with a few of these companies, usually some are better in some countries than others.

Overall, we have found that Stackry is the best best for most parts of the world. Stackry excels in price and customer service. I have a one on one relationship with my customer service rep... who does that anymore?

For second or third place, I'd suggest ParcelBound for Eastern European countries and Shipito for Africa.

The larger companies have proven very frustrating to deal with as their prices tend to be high and their responsiveness low. Perhaps, they've just grown too big.

Stackry offers a free account, lower prices, great packing (never underestimate the value of a good packing job), great consolidation services (lots of value here) and free 45 day storage!

It took us a few years to find our favorite, but Stackry is the one!

I spent a while deciding which package consolidation company to use and eventually choose Stackry. They were slightly more expensive then the others but the reviews were positive. I ordered 2 pairs of boots from a US website and had them delivered to England. One problem I experienced when using the site was the lack of option to consolidate 2 items ordered from the same site. I decided to email them about this and they informed me that it would be done for $5. This reduced the cost of sending the item to me by £3 but I suspect the more items you have the more you'll save.

Communications were good with Stackry and responses quick, however there was a lack of basic Airmail option so I had to choose USPS and the total came to $88.00 to me here in the UK. They are reasonably priced but the site was a bit basic and options to reconsolidate could be developed a little more.

My nephew was studying in England and I was confused about the best way to send him a care package from the United States. The team at Stackry went above and beyond the call of duty to repack my various packages into one box so I would get the best deal possible. They were also great at explaining all the customs rules, regulations and costs to ensure my nephew would actually receive my gifts.

He was so happy to get the package it really and get some memories of home while he was away for the year.
