Very happy with Stackry

We have just completed our first consolidation with Stackry and have been very happy with the whole process. Special mention must go to the customer service, support and how the parcel was packed. We ship collectable items and they came well protected. The whole process from choosing which parcels to consolidate to receiving our parcels in the UK from the US took 4 days!

Excellent Experience!

Very professional service, customer care helped me get a more accurate shipping rate on a couple of items I wished to consolidate (that rate was very accurate and well priced). They were very fast at adding my arrived items into the system and consolidated plus shipped all my items the same day! Packaging was more than adequate and none of my good were damaged in any way. Overall excellent experience would definitely recommend!

I have been using the service for well over two years now and my last experience wasn't too great but with the incredible customer service I received from a Mr. Vincent Paz, I was very pleased by the care my issue received. They apologized and it has been sorted.
Although the new website is still a bit frustrating to use, I hope they bring back some of the old features, bring a live chat on the website and the facility to see the boxes like they were before, UI wise, it was better in the past.

Stackry attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Having worked with several Mail forwarding companies in the US, I can say that Stackry is my favorite. They are professional and you can count on them whenever you have an issue. Their support service is also great. I highly highly and highly recommended Stackry!

I am bowled over by this excellent freight forwarding/remailing company.

In every aspect they excel, my impressions have been confirmed time and again over the entire time period that i have been doing business with stackry

There are many unscrupulous companies in the remailing industry,
BUT THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

Stackry try their best at all times to exceed your expectations and their prices are very competitive when it comes to shipping. What really sets stackry apart, is the amazing warm personalised customer service, which is industry leading.
They are also very gracious when it comes to resolving any slight problem that may arise and their efficient packaging regimen is brilliant. They are genius at packing as much as possible into the tiniest box, to save you on shipping costs

Please try this company out. You wont be dissappointed. I have used them for several years now and they have been excellent throughout and i am not an easy customer to please.!

Just look at the stackry average review on sitejabber. It is staggeringly high and totally blows the other remailing companies out of the water.

Very Happy Stackry Customer

As I live in South Africa, it is not easy to get a company you can trust and be sure your package will be delivered to us. When I ordered my goods the company that supply it was not shipping to South Africa, and they suggest I found a shipping company on the internet. I was nerves because this was the first time I did something like this. I came across Stackry Shipping company and decided to use them. Well I also though I will be lucky if I get my package in a months time, although they said it would take about 8 days. (Could not believe this as previously I ordered stuff from overseas I would be lucky if I get it in a months time. Well Stackry made it so easy for me, they gave me my own locker number and shipping address and I had my parcel send to Stackry, I then let Stackry know that my parcel is on the way. From there on I did nothing as Stackry did every thing. They let me know when my parcel arrived, when they shipped it, gave me an tracking number and from there on I know exactly every step of the way where my parcel was, and I could not believe my eyes that on day 4 it was in South Africa. My parcel arrived actually two days earlier, at my doorstep in very good condition. If I ever have something sipped to me again I will not use any other shipping company than Stackry as they are reliable and on time. Thumbs up for Stackry Shipping company.

The cost and one week my bats come in one box and now three boxes for the same thing and i think i just paid way to much for some reason maybe the conversion rate was wrong please check thanks.

Amazing customer service

First time shipping items from the US to the UK and indeed using Stackry and I can honestly say that they are truly amazing. Their customer service is exceptional. They were very prompt in responding to my queries and requests both via phone and email. They really proactively helped with my package consolidation to try to keep shipping costs down and you get a good few options to pick from for your shipping. Their charges are very minimal for such an A class service.As a first timer I felt they held my hand through the whole process, explained things clearly to me and shipped my product promptly. Would definitely recommend and use them in all my shipping transactions from the US. Great job guys!

They are thieves

Recently i have been fooled by stackry, they send me stones instead of iphones i bought in their address.

I have had a talk with police station of nashua too. They told me that if i can collect 4-5 ppl who had been fooled by stackry, they will arrest them and will make to pay every penny. So if you are intrested then plz mail me

If you would like to discuss the issues that you think you had with our Stackry services again, we can certainly do that via private emails. Please remember that you worked closely with my colleagues and it was determined through reviewing security footage in our warehouse that the items you purchased had been received, consolidated and shipped out of our warehouse. The rocks that were received in place of your items were not placed in your package by Stackry, or by the carrier who delivered them to you. We are sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience and wish you luck in the future.

Used to be reliable

I've been using Stackry for a year, was quite happy. Using it every month. But recently their service worsened. Packages consolidated in big boxes filled with a lot of beanies. I don't need extra protection +price for shipping a faux-leather camera case!

And the last straw was when they changed their website. I can't check how much to send a package before it's been finalized. Paid shipment not shown (thank god I paid through PayPal so I can dispute the transaction), and their customer service is very slow! Called twice for the same problem, the person responsible never available.

Did I mention that they lost my package twice?

That's it. I had it with Stackry. You've been warned.

I have tried many shippers to get my stuff from US to India but it's only Stackry that I would want to stick with. What sets them apart is the honesty, the accuracy and most importantly, their amazing customer service- quick and responsive!
When I decided to give Stackry a try, it was the positive reviews that helped me decide. For those out there, who are yet undecided, i can vouch these guys are awesome!
