Terrible

Didn't consolidate when they said they had. Way more expensive than if i'd just shipped packages direct. Customer support had no idea. You don't get a shipping quote till the packages arrive so your stuck. Don't know how they stay in business

Does what they promised!

I regularly import from America, but often miss out on smaller items because the shipping costs are so high.
I was able to have 10 parcels delivered and combined and the shipping worked out cheaper than it was for a singular parcel delivered directly elsewhere (obviously not all 10 were of equal size but there were 2 larger ones)
I asked for the items to be consolidated and shipped on Sunday afternoon (UK time) they arrived with me on Wednesday morning! Exceptionally impressed.
I spent a long time comparing different mail forwarding companies and checking out reviews, with lots of negative reviews being left about other companies I was still feeling anxious about this delivery, despite the glowing recommendations, having used the service once, I will be regularly doing so.
Customer service is also fantastic, very pleasant and helped me with all my first-time queries easily and promptly.

I'm just about to request my second shipment from Stackry and, after having used 2 other shipping services, I am back for a good reason. On my first shipment, all went well, except that one item came in damaged due to the way it had been folded to fit into the box. The person who folded it didn't realize there was a semi-solid core within that could not be bent, a mistake anyone could have made. I sent an email to Stackry detailing what had happened and all they asked from me was the invoice. I was credited the item's value within 24 hours just like that not to mention that communication was fast, clear and professional. I was amazed! This is the customer service anyone would expect from a business who wants to retain its customers. Stackry trusted me as a customer and I trust them back 100% with my items. I cancelled my account with 2 other shipping services exactly because I had had headaches with those and I can only say I am really glad for having found Stackry. Thank you very much!

Shipping was fast, with DHL.

Cost of shipping was slightly pricey, at almost 1/3 of the entire cost of my goods.

Very efficient, user-friendly site to navigate.

Overall, I would say it's about 4/5 rating if not for the pricing.

The first few times were ok, but then one package went missing.
I was told I would have to wait for the package to return to them( I have now waited for almost 6 months), and that i might have to pay extra costs. Never again, I just hope that they refund my money (insurance claim). The service works fine until something goes wrong, then they make you as a customer bear the burden of something that is not possible for you to do anything about.

Not worth the risk or trouble

They charged very expensive shipping fees when you want to ship to Myanmar. They asked for additional fees when you actually shipped your item( in addition to shipping price listed on the consolidated items on their website).

Great service and superfast shipping. I use this service to buy comics in the states and it gives me the opportunity to buy single copies and ship them all collected to The Netherlands. Saves me a whole lot of shipping costs.

**Stackry-USA to Japan**

I used Stackry twice to do a personalized shopping in the USA on my behalf and later ship the goods to Japan.
The first order went smoothly without any complication or surprises.
The second order was not as smooth as the first one, after they placed my order, the supplier cancelled the order because they no longer ship to Stackry forwarding address in the USA (this was a tax free address).
>>>Starckry informed me that they will reorder my good but then it will be shipped to a different address(taxable address), so I had to top up to cover for Tax.

Goods finally arrived at Stackry warehouse, it turns out that the supplier delivered the one order in three different parcels that arrived at Stackry warehouse in different days. After two of the three parcel arrived at their warehouse, Stackry informed me that all my parcel have been received and are ready for forwarding to my address in Japan. Unknowingly that there part of the order has not been received, I ordered and paid them to forward the goods. A day after the parcel has been dispatched, I received a new email that a parcel has been received for me again by Stackry, upon inspection they realized it was part of the order they had already shipped to me.

>>> I ended up paying for shipping to Japan twice for parcels that could have been send in one parcel although they send the third parcel in a zero bag to reduce the shipping cost, this could have been avoided if they had inspected the parcels to make sure all the goods are there since this was a personal shopping order.

They are nothing but scammers. The first time you deal with them, everything will be fine especially if the goods you are forwarding is of low cost. If you are forwarding a package of high value, they will accuse you of one ridiculous offence, deactivate your account and keep your item after claiming to have returned your items. I lost hundreds of dollars to this scamming scheme and up to date they have not provided evidence of return of these items.
If you value your item, avoid Stackry and other reliable and responsible mail forwarding company.

I'm a first time user using an international shipping company (ergo nervous) but the 2nd email answered concisely-delayed in reaching me as it was explained they are closed on the weekend.
I can't give an opinion on shipping/returns/quality as goods haven't shipped yet.

I have been using Stackry a little over a year, I was very happy until their prices started going up, both their shipping prices and some services, also this new site interface has a lot of bugs and it's somewhat complicated compared to the old interface. Their response time has also gone up and lastly, I noticed that some of the most recent parcels I've received have not been well packed, which led to some damaged products.

Pros:

- No membership or monthly fees;
- 45 days free storage;
- A US phone number to go with your address (a lot of stores ask for a US number);
- Ships parcels really fast after they're paid for;

Negatives:

- Prices have gone up;
- Consolidation fee (it's 2 dollars per package but it adds up);
- Parcels are not very well packed anymore;
- Support is taking longer to respond;
- New interface has a few bugs and it's complicated compared to the old one;

Their service is still pretty decent but it has declined a lot.

I saw few bad reviews too but try yourself and you'll be happy as I am.

Best so far

Someone recommended Stackry - and although their website is... old school - the platform works and so do the people.

I have shipped using their service numerous times and have used 3 - 4 different shipping options. All my packages have reached as per the estimated duration on their website.

Pros:
- You call, they pick the phone
- You email, they reply (unless the email service is down) but then that's why you have their contact number right?
- Dashboard is no brainer, very simple and works great.
- No hidden fees (but then i researched their entire website 10 times to gather my facts in one place)
- Free 45 days free storage
- No tax on their warehouse address
- Very accommodating customer reps

Cons:
- Okay... the website seriously needs an upgrade! It hurts me to see the website! And I'm talking Dino age... But thank God, the dashboard interface in very 2014

Verdict:
I don't want to try any other service - I'm that comfortable with them - but then again, I'm registered with at least 21 more parcel forwarders - yet, I keep coming back to them. Does that say anything?

Just Perfect.

I decided to write this review after receiving exceptional service (Thanks Ann!). Stackry is the only forwarding service (shipping to Australia/Taiwan) that completely impressed me with both the website and service! My comments are based on using this service 5 times in the last 6 months, forwarding items to Taiwan.

1. Website application - WOW! What a beautiful and elegant use of technology. So easy to understand and use. Drag and drop items into a package to consolidate items, with great options to save weight/space if original packaging not required! Shipping rates automatically calculated after consolidation, giving you the power to select your ideal shipping service!

2. Shipping - Prices are reasonable to good for express mail. Turnaround times are very fast e.g. same day consolidation if applied early in the day, followed by shipping within 1-2 business days! My items typically arrived within 3-4 days of consolidation via DHL Express.

3. Incredible customer service - Replies to support emails were very professional and

The only thing I may suggest is a comments box in the confirmation section prior to shipping e.g. to let them know to attach certain paperwork to that package or pack items a certain way. Potentially more efficient than sending a separate email.

I received my package to Germany within 2 business days for a fraction of the price that the seller wanted to charge me. I am thoroughly WOWed! Everything about Stackry has been awesome. It's my first time using a service like this and I have to admit I was very skeptical because it felt too good to be true, but the sign up process was quick and easy, and there were no upfront costs, so I figured I'd give it a try and placed an order using my Stackry address.

It arrived in my locker within 3 days and I was instantly notified about it. I requested pictures of the contents to make sure nothing is damaged, and I received high quality photos shortly after. The seller shipped my order in two packages so I took advantage of Stackry's consolidation feature which cost me $4 and saved me at least $30. Finally, I chose my preferred shipping method, paid for it, and it was on its way within an hour. This was late Friday. I expected the shipment to take a week if I am lucky, two-three weeks if customs holds it, and, I can't stress this enough, only two (!) business days later (Tuesday) my package arrived in great condition, very well packaged, and without additional customs charges for the shipping (I only had to pay customs for the value of the goods).

I can't recommend Stackry enough to anyone looking to ship from the US to Germany. It WORKS! The process is transparent, the support team is very helpful and easy to reach, and there are no bad surprises when it comes to estimated versus actual shipping charges. The only regret I have is that I haven't found this company much sooner!

Stackry is awesome!

I have been looking and trying a couple of companies to forward my parcels but most of them will charge a fee to get a US address and their shipping price are simply exaggerated. I finally came across Stackry where they don't charge anything and offer you an address for free. Best of all is that they are very professional, they processed your arrived parcels very very quick and even consolidated and prepare your shipments promptly. The shipping cost, even though for international is very affordable especially when you consolidate several items together. Up to now, I have nothing to complain about and I am 200% happy with them.

I dealt with Stackry after reading the good reviews, but my experience went bad and am really disappointed. I bought some things from a US store and the price didn't exceed 100 dollars and when stackry shipped me the things their system duplicated the price of my package to 600 dollars and now the local customs in my country is requesting 400 dollars to release the package. I reported the issue to Stackry and they promised to solve it with the courier I have chosen but till now I have not got my package and they stopped replying my emails, hence I have lost 200 dollars (my package + the shipping fees) as if I bought nothing. They are frauds do not deal with them, instead of getting my package a month ago, I have no hope i will ever get it.

The large number of items in your package that were under one dollar in value all got rounded up. This is first type of shipment we have had, from tens of thousands of shipments, with this mix of prices. Our IT team is working on this issue to ensure items less than a dollar do not get rounded up in the future
