The suggested repackaging did not lead to any savings at all; had I been told of this, I would not have chosen repackaging. Your company should have refunded the fee for repackaging under such circumstances.

-that I can order stuff only deliverable to American addresses to canada
I don't like:
-that you're closed on weekends
-one time, I ordered some hair putty with you guys and it arrived damaged. I couldn't use the hair putty at all. I had to recover my money through a PayPal dispute / claim
-it would be nice if you had like a west coast location. Sometimes I order from California and that means the product basically has to go to the other side of North America and then back again, which is expensive for me.
-also don't like how I always select "include invoice," but literally every time I've ordered with you guys, you do not include the invoice that originally came with the parcel. I have an electronic receipt obviously, but it would be great if you didn't throw it out

I have used Stackry for a long time and this is going to be my last time. I am totally disgusted by the fact that I was unable to ship a 20$ skirt (packed in an enveloppe) using the cheapest shipping method with USPS. The cheapest shipping option you proposed for Canada was at 26$. This is outrageous! Shame on you Stakry for not allowing Canadians to use the cheapest and excellent USPS service.
