They referred my account to the security department and refused to ship my package. And I have shipped with them before although my packages always showed up late and got held up in customs. They claim they referred me to the security department and deactivated my account because I placed the order from the United States but I live in this country and have always made the shipment requests from here. Now I'm out money and I'm not getting my packages. Stay away from this shady company. Best to use MyUS or any other company but this.

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. This drew suspicion from our security team. You were asked to provide a valid photo ID and selfie so you could be identified as the user of the Stackry account, but failing to do so, resulted in the closing of your account. If provided with this information and it is deemed valid, we can re-open your account and ship your packages.
