Stackry is run by thieves who hold your parcels at hostage until you give up, it was marked hazardous, asked to return to seller, paid for the return, they have refused to return it. Best to report them to the authorities for theft as they do as they please with other peoples property.
Your android app is terrible and I couldn't complete payment on it (kept hanging, dots going round). I had to switch to PC to complete. Everything else has been great.

نعتذر عن هذا الازعاج,
ان قيمة الشحنة التي تم التصريح عنها تتعدى ال 1000 ريال سعودي, بالتالي فان قيمة الرسوم الجمركية ستكون اكبر من قيمة ال 15% فقط سيتم اضافة رسوم تأمين ورسوم freight لها, لذلك كانت تللك القيمة للجمارك,
أرجو أن اكون استطعت المساعدة. اذا كان هناك اي سؤال اخر او اي اثبات ان القيمة للحمارك كان من الممكن ان تكون اقل, يمكننك ارسال ايميل لنا بخصوص الموضوع من اجل المساعدة في تحري الأمر والتعويض

أشكركم على خدمتكم خلال الفترة السابقة وبالعكس كنتم افضل شركة تجميع شفتها إلى الآن لكن للأسف خيارات الشحن عندكم غير موفقه عندما يكون الخيار الوحيد للشحن هو فقط شركة DHL وهي تعتبر من أسوء الشركات من ناحية التأخير والاغراض المنكسرة حيث أني دفعت ضعف القيمة الأساسية عشان توصلني الأغراض خلال خمسه أيام ولكن اللي صار أنها وصلتني خلال شهر وبما أنكم ما عطيتوني خيار سوى شركة DHL راح اضطر أشوف شركة ثانية افضل ولو بيدي الموضوع كان ما شحنت البضاعة الأخيره من خلالكم لكن بما أنها آخر بضاعة فهذا آخر تعامل لي معكم وشكراً

It was a really terrible experience with this company, they 're very deceptive, I had to pay double the price of consoliation even though they told me by email, that I will only pay the regular price, they did this, cause I was gonna return a package, but they told me I will only pay $2, but after I checked my profile, I fund out that I had to pay double the price, very disgusting, I have never had this before, they could've just returned the package, and I will ofcouse pay for it, but they did this to get more money from, as if they knew that's my last shippement with them, definitely rubbish, I would never recommend thess scammers to anyone, safe yourself from these website, I have gone through this, and I definitely wouldn't want anyone to experience it.

It is really one of the best service I ever try for shipping item from USA, I have try 3 other provider and so far this si the best user experince I have the only thing that I feel it can be improve is the shipping cost whci I think it is higher than other provider.
