Sadly, the bad reviews of this company are legit and the company... not so much. The phone goes straight to voicemail. The email responds with a generic email, promising to get back to you within 24 hrs (they dont) Same goes with their supposedly *live chat*. Supposedly they've already shipped my package, though according to t&e reviews many times they never receive them. This company is at best a terrible company taking advantage of its customers with shoddy products and no customer service... and at worst an outright scam/fraudulent company. Buyer beware... believe the reviews! Now I get to figure out how to get my money back from a company that that refuses to respond to me
They did mess up on sending me a 3XL when I needed a small but here's this... THEY WERE EASY TO RETURN! I emailed them right away when I noticed and they said to send the package back which did. I then emailed them again informing them that I returned the package which my shipping was only $7.79, and they responded to my email so quick! They just sent me out a new waist trainer once I informed them in the return package following the usps number for it. They've sent my new one right away without even receiving the wrong one first. I suggest emailing them. They are a great company I don't understand why everyone else has issues with them lol.
Two weeks back I made the wrong decision to by an ankle brace from Stability pro.
Had I know how they made the brace I would never have one bought one from them!
The seam connecting the two parts is NOT SOWN RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE SO YOU ARE STANDING ON THE RIDGE MADE BY IT. WHOS BRAIN DEAD IDEA WAS THAT?
IT IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE STANDING ON TACKS!
This is the worst design I've ever seen - and I've been wearing braces for 29 years.
When I requested my money back, they said no only offering an exchange of one poorly made product for another.
Had you spent 1/10 the effort into making a wearable product that they have spent in denying giving me my money back, we would not be having this discussion.

These scammers will push your order through before you're ready to complete it if you're stupid like me and put in your card information too early. After that, they will NEVER respond to voicemail calls, online chats and even their emails are robot-generated garbage.
We have ordered a stocking puller from them, they messed up our order and caused a lot of anxiety and multiple back and forth emails with my 84 year old mother. They ended up adding another order to the original one instead of changing the address. It it impossible to get a hold of them. Really bad service, my issue has not been resolved, its been several weeks. All they needed to do was correct the address but that turned out to be a nightmare.
I purchase a waist trainer I could've went the the 99 cent store and bought a waist trainer better than the one they sent it is really thin worst quality ever PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I paid 28 dollars what a waste of time and money
Their products are shoddy. They provide a false free refund policy. Don't buy from them, and you won't be cheated
Their merchandise is cheaply, poorly made. I ordered a body shaper which is supposed to be plus size and it's more like a child size. They will not give money back, just want to give you a store credit for shoddy merchandise.
Bought a size up and the project does not fit. They refused a refund because it was on sale by $5 off, even though the site said easy returns.

They boast "Free and Easy Returns" but if you read the fine print, this does not include any items that are on sale. Conveniently for StabilityPro, literally ALL of their merchandise is on sale!
An absolute scam. The pair of control top panties I received was too small, extremely thin, and in no way long enough for my mere 5'5" tall frame
I ordered one of their products, & my name, address etc goes into the "ship to" information automatically. I have used this same "ship to" many times. The product never came, & they said I did not type in my street name. Well, I charged it to my Visa card which will not let me order anything if the address is incomplete. They will not refund or even credit all of my money. This is fraud. My post office said they never sent anything - this is a small town.
They will not make any refunds just one day after I received product they can care less. All they want is your money! All they tell you it's in the refund policy, Like in the 3 rd paragraph, by the your money is gone and they can care lesssss!
Tell everyone and do not buy from them
Got charged $17 and $31 for the same exact product and did three to five day shipping and got it three weeks later the product is super cheap it's not the right material that would even make you sweat and they don't answer the phone and no refunds.
Poor comumication, poor service, lied about shippiing time. Refund policy is a night mare! After order 5 minutes they will not make changes, per thier policy, bad bad bad bad bad bad!
They charged me for a purchase I did not make. After trying to contact them, you only get a voicemail in which they direct you to their email. After a few days someone responded with they don't give refunds and I could do an exchange. How is charging my account for an unauthorized purchase becomes an exchange. Then the product is poor quality with a strong chemical smell. Your information is not safe if you purchase from this site.
They have something wrong with their ordering system and what you order is not what you get. They will not cancel or refund the order either.
I am extremely frustrated with StabilityPro.com where I purchased a back brace for $34.00. I purchased a medium size brace, however, I need a large or extra-large. I sent the brace back t o the return address on the packaging and that package was returned to me 2 weeks later. I tried called the company as well as emailing the company several times per their instructions and I never received a call or email in return. To date, I spent $16.00 on shipping to return/exchange this item and still have had no return contact from this company. Just a heads up - I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... Their customer service is non-existent
